Great video! I just got a 1975 and clutch doesn’t much, it is pretty much stock. That’s means it needs to be rebuilt or can I just do what you did in this video? Thanks for the nice video!!
I have a 1973 cb750 and my clutch acts a little funny right after starting but when the bike warms a little the clutch works fine.🤔 I’m wondering why. Kinda makes sense since it’s a wet clutch but I changed the oil to see how that works. I figured the previous owner might have used an additive or something but tomorrow I’ll see how it does.
When you change your clutch, how to know what is shot and what is not? The plates are for sure burn out but are spring usually to be changed ? Thanks, good video !!!☺
yo the chamfered side of that funny nut with lock washer was facing out then when u put it back u said that has to be the other way. Is it or am i looking at it wrong?

Great video.. right to the point thanks!
Do you have to drain the oil do one of these? I know most of the oil is up in the tank.

What if you break off the little metal tab you bend up/down? And would this be close to the same process for a '91 750 Nighthawk?

What order do they go in? 3 in and double steel plate or 4 and then double plate? Then the rest.

If you get a rebuild kit it will come with everything you need generally
is this the same for the 90s models?
Where did you buy your kit from
Should a 77 CB750 clutch be all oily when you open up the cover?
Yes, It's a wet clutch
Does a regular 7/8 fit that nut?
No

Hm - is it a dry clutch ?
That’s my question, opened mine up and there is oil EVERYWHERE
Its a wet clutch, but the cb750 is a dry sump.
