Tony had the massive running start advantage of many years experience as a pianist and composer immersed in his local jazz scene (i believe it was London). I hope to see more producers doing this... honestly i think it could be a brilliant show with any electronic genre. Imagine a full live band playing with anyone from Fatboy Slim to Aphex Twin...

I thought that the biggest thing would be Liane coming back or new arrangement or brass section... But the best thing was to hear Tony singing again. I love this voice and manner, and I love that he's got it.
Glad I managed to get a copy of the whole show! So amazing... Also glad Hospital uploaded at least one clip of it for others to see! :) A bit sad they only sold 100 of the USB's...

I listened the next day to dnb hq podcast n tony Coleman sounded smashed after this set. n too right too. he fucking smashed it. that festival was the best one day fest of the year. good vibed
Minneapolis willl never be able to afford this booking but if i won the lottery, id pay the fee just to seethem play live for a 2-300 person venue, unless Even Further festival let me pay the booking to their 4day campout. Maybe etherwood and danny byrd also if i could negotiate an affordable booking, but thats just a crazy raver lottery dream. Same way wed never be able to afford to bring Shapeshifter live here from New Zeland. Shapeshifter/State of Mind, Pendulum and Concorde Dawn would be a hell of a dnb lineup for a festival. Midwest dont bring that. Theywant neuro shit like Noisia, BADCOMPANYUK, evol intent. It was a miracle we even got Andy C and Aphrodite to play here last decade
I have been a saxophonist since 1995 and holy cow guys, the intonation was beyond embarrassing and you're pushing the tempo so bad it may be worse than the intonation!. What the heck is going, you guys sound good on record!?
