Yuvraj Singh is an all time legend in white ball cricket. Fantastic fielder, fabulous finisher & a more than useful slow left arm spin bowler. One of the vital players in the 2007 T20 and 2011 ODI World Cup triumphs for India.
Though he could not make a big impact in Test Cricket & could not finish his career on a high, I salute him for his selfless contribution to Indian Cricket & making millions of cricket fans like me happy with his A1 quality cricket!
May God bless you & may you be happy forever 👍

Never..because of dhoni yuvi was ousted, and Raina got many chances over Yuvi, which was not good at all, We should not forget that because of Yuvi India won 2007 T20 World Cup and 2011 ICC one day World Cup , unfortunately media mafia shows that we won due to dhoni 👎

@@sushilkumarshukla9260because of MS, Yuvi made it to the WT20 2014 and 2016 despite having average domestic season, because he preferred allrounders and experienced players. When Raina was selected he bowled ocassionally and was perhaps the best fielder in the Indian side and he was a good batsman.
I don't understand how people are still bitter with that decision.

Yuvi was the backbone of Indian middle order for so long. Effective and fearless. Every time he walked out to bat…I just knew we’d be okay. Only Dravid gave me that type of feelings. No other batsman even in 2023 team gives me that same sense of reliability.

Gambhir never said anything bad about dhoni, infact they have respect for each other. It's media and toxic fans that give whole credit of WC to dhoni instead of giving equal credit. And this mentality is there since India won 83 WC.

@@AnoopsinghChauhan-e5z tell me one video where he has criticised dhoni. He has always criticised the media and the toxic fans who keep giving credit just to the captain. If captaincy was the deciding factor than under dhoni we would have won many odi T20 WC and not just 1. Think about it. Win or lose is the entire teams responsibility and not just captains.

But when dhoni gets credit he gets jealous and he is jealous why other players not target dhoni the way he does. I think you are a gambhir fan that's why u are not accepting. The sound that comes when the ball hits Yuvraj Singh's bat is astonishing as if nothing could be better for the ears to hear. Yuvraj Singh is the greatest and biggest match winner of the Indian cricket history. A great stylish classical batsman,a great fielder and a good useful bowler.Totally a great package for match winning ability.A player who changed the level and direction of Indian cricket. Brought a different swag and aggression to Indian cricket. i say with a claim that if Yuvraj Singh had not a deadly disease like cancer, then only Yuvraj Singh's name would have come after Sachin Tendulkar in International ODI cricket because at the age of 30 he had scored 8000 runs and that too with impact runs.cancer and politics destroyed his golden career. May be there are some players which has better record than yuvraj Singh only on paper but not a player like yuvraj Singh because the impact of yuvraj Singh is awesome incredible.. he is the sweetest cleanest striker of the ball.. he is the most handsome cricketer of India.Yuvraj Singh was the man of the tournament even under the captaincy of Mohammad Kaif when India won the under 19 World Cup in 1999-2000. Yuvraj Singh scored 84 in his first inning of his career against the then Australian team in the Champions Trophy in 2000, facing dangerous bowlers like McGrath, Brett Lee, after the dismissal of Sachin Tendulkar, Sourav Ganguly. When India first won the series on England soil, the netwest series final was also won by Yuvraj along with Kaif. When India won the championship trophy in 2002, Yuvraj did wonders in batting, bowling and fielding throughout the tournament. Yuvraj Singh was the man of the match in 11 matches of that 17 matches when India made a record of winning 17 matches in 2006-7 under the captaincy of Rahul Dravid. Yuvraj Singh's contribution was the most significant when he won the 2007 T20 World Cup. Even when he won the 2011 World Cup, Yuvraj Singh was the man of the tournament..yuvraj Singh changed the standard of Indian fielding along with MD Kaif. Miss you champ on the ground.

This was one of the best interviews. Yuvi is actually a deep thinker of the game unlike his public perception of a power hitting allrounder and party animal. His thoughts on his captaincy dream, why India failed in 2019WC are spot on, practical and mature. Wish he gets involved with Indian cricket more coaching youngsters esp at Under 19 levels.

Raydu's exclusion leads to middle order Mashup 😢 rahul, hardik, vijay, dk,pant, kedar so many to fill that slot 😀😢, also leads to lots of experimentation 😢 and sending dhoni at 7 was worst decision, instead he could have walked at least at 6 to bat

One of the main reasons cricket has become more popular in India is Yuvraj Singh❤❤ and Rahul Dravid❤❤. 90's kids can understand this.

Yuvraj was probably the best left-handed batsman India has ever produced. A true legend and a match winner. MSD was a complete package and one of the all time greats. MSD had an impact on Indian cricket. He was in the league of legendary Kapil Dev, Sachin Tendulkar and Virat Kohli as far as contribution to Indian cricket is concerned. These heroes can't be compared with each other. They were unique.

He is right on Test cricket career.. he could not have been part of the team with such greats like SACHIN, Sehwag, Dravid, Ganguly, Lakshman around
