Lawrence handed the title off to Alanah well before he left because he was having less and less time to actually prepare for it and make it interesting, so she mostly does it now. However, I think if she's too busy, Jon gets to wear the hat for a day and we get videos like this. I don't think politics really come into play here, more just workloads.
