I giggled so much during this episode! From the stumped toe to the glasses to correct the clouds to you bringing all FIVE of the crafting tables 😂I love the build as well, The wall under the full block in the window was such a nice detail! I also like the roof very much, both shape and palette. The conversations with the villagers was also humorous 😄Great video!

idk how modded would be too modded for this series, but
episode one of suggesting client-side mods that i think would fit the vibe:
eating animation - adds a little texture animation to food when you eat it so it actually looks like your eating it! does not add the third-person animation from legacy console edition, but this is a singleplayer series, so it's probably not a big deal.
anyway, for some of the more common enchantments, you can just enchant a book and it'll become an enchanted book. i definitely wouldn't recommend this for something like silk touch, but for protection or unbreaking, it could be viable to do this instead of messing around with villagers.
protection, fire protection, and blast protection are all mutually exclusive.
and also, depth strider allows you to walk faster underwater. at higher levels, wading through water basically becomes a non-issue entirely. boots in general just have really good enchantments, most of which can be applied on top of each other. one i've personally gotten a lot of use out of is feather falling IV, which is so good it can turn fatal falls into healf-heart tumbles.

Also I had a big hunch you were building an ironmongers or something like that to trade with villagers for armour cause it was near the iron farm, plus you mentioned about how warn out your armour was 😁

What your settings for your shaders
Drift can you please add an iron cart outside the iron farm. That should look like a cart ready for trading with the villages of the black Smith ❤
