Fantastic! I have 5 grandsons, and now finally a granddaughter 💞
I started my very first ever graphghan, for my oldest grandson. With his college football team. I've never watched a tutorial for them, but after crocheting for 49 yrs figured I could do this. LOL
Not as easy as one would think. But it's coming out nice.
I will get my colors, watch your tutorial, and make this for her. 😊

Yes you are. Unless you want to change the color. It's up to you. The light pink I'm using is called Bernat premium Pink Macaroon.

You started with 66 stitches on row16 then said you would meet back at the black stitches and then you were finished the row without telling us the middle part then started row 17 and i cant work it out as i have tried and pulled it out can someone HELP please as i cant read a pattern sorrythats why i watch you tube please help

Hi! Thank you:) yes you can either do single crochet which will make the blanket smaller. I suggest doing it a hook size up if your going to do single crochet. I would be happy to do a bear or panda. Let's see what I can do:)

Great tutorial. I had 2 questions, though. After chaining the original count, do you put your first HDC in the second or third ch from hook? And are you putting your HDC in the back loop or in both loops? Thank you so much :)
Hi thanks :) I start with the first chain and work down till the end. I HDC in both loops. Hope this helps!

Thank you. Yes it can be done in single crochet. Just know that it will be smaller
Are you cutting the pink yarn when adding the another color or using more than one pink ball at a time
The only time I'm cutting the pink bobbin is when I don't need it anymore. But I try and carry my colors as much as I can.
I have done this one but was just wondering if you do a semi truck or truck on a blanket i have seen a few but they are patterns and i cant read patterns so was just wondering if you can do one please

Video time says 22:00 , when you take the white yarn and bring it up and have to underneath into next stitch.

Hello, how are you. How many spools of wool do I need of each color I want to order yarn and I don't know how many spools I need. Note, dear spools. The threads we have in Jordan weigh 100 grams. With many thanks, appreciation and respect.
Hi. I'm doing great:) I used 4 skeins of pink. There's 198g in the bernat so I would say 5 or 6 for the main color. And then I used 3 skeins of each color ( blue,yellow,purple,black,white, light pink) so maybe 4 each for you? Hope this helps

Yes it can. It will make the blanket smaller tho. So you can always add more pink rows to make it longer

Any tips on how to make switching from 1 color to the next in the form of when I crochet it says 1hdc blue, then 1hdc white? I hate how my current project looks especially when I had one stitch in one color
Good question. The only thing I can say is make sure you are picking up that loop and carrying it over when your changing the color. I find when you don't you can see the other color poking through. Also make sure once you make the color change you pull on the color just to make sure it's in there snug, but not to tight. I hope this helps. If not let me know and maybe I can do a video on changing colors only.
@@endlessknotzcanada if you could do a video that would be awesome! My current project has me doing 1 blue hdc, then 1 white, then 1 blue and I havent been able to find anything online that would help other than watching your work.

On what row do you recommend me starting the color change. On row 16 or 24. Thank you so much for posting this lovely video.

Question when doing white stitch and then swithching to a main color bobbin do you cut the skein away

No you don't cut the white until your done with it. In that case it would be the start. Once you have completed the white star then u can cut the bobbin.
