I think the sister means in general being feminine is hard, when you dont have financial help when you are single and i am assuming the father is not providing. I dont think she necessarily means implementing the advice of this video is hard.
Message to the sister - take positive steps to force back the feminine in you. Believe me if you dont work on being feminine it will make things extremely difficult for you. Men notice the lack of femininity, contrary to what women think, that we only go for looks, its not true. Nothing is more off putting then a masculine woman. Men obviously contribute to the marriage crisis but womens contribution to it is their masculine vibes and brainwashed feminism mindset.

As-salaam Akaikum, Sister. I'm so glad that I found your channel. I know that I'm in my masculine right now & I struggle with being more feminine, more relaxed. I'm a single mom of 3 and I work full-time. I feel as I'm constantly on auto-pilot and barely have tlc time for myself. Recently, I was found to have stage 2 hypertension and was forced to prioritize my health. Something I had been planning to do; but kept putting off. Now, I'm working on becoming a remote bookkeeper. Doing so, would allow me more control over my schedule and I would be able to spend more quality time with my kids. I would like to learn more about femininity so that I can become more feminine & pass on the knowledge to my daughter. I think your channel can help me with that.

I think that it's also important to fight some wrong ideas about men, as most of the time we enter in our masculine energy besause of tragic experiences with men (father, brother, husband) that lead us to consider them in a bad way, like unreliable, imperverted etc. And some of them are really like this.
But not all of them. Allah created us , women and man equal in our role and importance in this world.
We can enter in our good femminine energy when we admit and accept the existence of good masculine energy.
As we, as woman, try to strive in way of Allah , there are men that do same.
Let's forgive people that hurt us for the sake of Allah, and let's make dua so that Allah give us our energy and insha'Allah men that have their energy as well. Amin.

Instead of overthinking, but to converse with Allah swt as if your speaking to your best friend. I've learnt to slow down by colour for a few minutes, arabic calligraphy and quran tracing has been helpful as I'm always on my.phone

i live my inner child moments, say extreme ones twice, i really feel Alhamdulillahi rabbil aalameen, in some reflections they have said aalameen means all the cultures, so i say the inner family system that we have in ourselves. Allah talks to all of them.

Exactly... All the points you described are absolutely amazing. I do practice الحمداللہ all of them. Although I'm not completely in them. But partially using these tips in my daily life also helps to heal. ان شاء الله I'll try to do them in a much better way.

to be compassionate to the voice that says I am unworthy is nearly impossible, yet i think if we deeply akcnowledge that it's shaitan and say audhubillah as stated in omer sulaimans video. i feel it will quickly stop our inner critic
