It’s a generic cheap ceiling fan that you could probably find at a regular store for an under average price and by the fact that it was shaking before the blades were even added is a sign of very poor quality

The fan was set on reverse, aka to blow air up. Flip the black switch on the fan (it’s on the switch housing where the pull chains come out) so it blows air down.
Unless it was set to reverse on purpose
