It is by the Combo Box, you can drag and drop and then to link the Button with Signal / Variables as per your needs.

While measuring the vehicle speed in analogue gauge and progress bar do we need to write CAPL code for what u showed in video or no need CAPL script to measure those things ?

It's based on the context.. If your signal itself is replicating a meaningful info in the Progress Bar/Analog Gauge then you can directly link the signal.
