your MCV is within normal range (80-100) your MCH is within normal range (27-32) and your RDW is low. And low RDW means Isocytosis, i.e all RBC are nearly of same size. Its a good thing. You are perfectly alright fam

I'm a 24 year old male and I recently found that my rdw-sd is high (48.7 fl, reference range being between 35.1 - 43.9), lymphocytes are high (41.1%, reference range 20-40) and Eosinophils is 6.6% besides that, MCV, PCV, MCHC, RDW-CV, Hemoglobin, RBC count all are normal. There are so man reasons of high rdw and mcv like vitamin b12, folate, or iron deficiency and due to liver disease also. You must consult a hematologist for further diagnosis.
