In my situation, I didnt have a case conference, I was ordered to an hearing! What is the difference between a case conference and a hearing?

How big of an industry is Family Court? Where does funding come from and will that funding continue if parents shared custody equally, without child support payments being exchanged?

Lawyers and courts need to stay far away from families. Deadly combination.

The courts cause more harm then good. They use children to prolong the conflict between parents so the lawyers and judges make money and they fees are way to expensive for what they do.
The courts have broken the whole aspect of getting married and now that concept his financial suicide in many cases.
