The female VA is one of the best in the business! The male VA is over the top in every one he's in, she deserves a more professional opponent than this guy!
The male narrator makes me laugh, if anyone was so mad all the time like that, they'd broadly have a heart attack early in life partly because of high blood pressure. The female is alot better but he does sometimes tone it down and then he's not so bad.
You should look up abandoned property in Japan. There's a big issue with empty property and a lot of foreigners buy them to fix up to live in. Then they find out the reality of emptying them of all the trash left behind and repairing the damage
@@glorywr It's really expensive to repair, I understand. Cheaper to bulldoze and start from scratch though I think some places are protected historical properties. You have to have a LOT of money to try to repair.
Yeah beach front property has a pretty high value, its actually crazy I live in Florida and just on the same street a house exact same model and design inland vs on the water a difference of about 500k when being sold. I mean the house still sold for 850k but still its absurd.
Dude Sean just because you have a small twig and NO berries you think YOU are the one that gets ALL of the inheritance? GOOD LORD I'm so sick of people bad mouthing us women because of our age we don't lose any value the older we get.
Good Tuesday mornin' from Tennessee👋🤠, where right now, the temperature is 35 under cloudy☁ skies. From here, we can expect a high of 62 under sunny🌞 skies.
So this story is from Japan and debt is inherited there. There is even generational debt, where debt has passed from father to children for a hundred years or more because the family feels honor bound to pay it. You can refuse the debt but then you have to refuse the inheritance. So if you need that inheritance, to keep a family business going for example, you come to an agreement to pay in installments. Which means you sometimes pass the debt onto YOUR children .
I do find it odd that there is still inheritance money when there's so much debt. Seems like a wash or even still be on the hook for it, with no money in pocket. If that is the case, why not renounce it all?
@@Sparky102970 I don't think there is much inheritance money left as compared to the debt. Because brother claimed ALL of the inheritance he got ALL of the debt. I notice that the father GIFTED his daughter with a substantial amount of money before he died that didn't count as inheritance and told her to renounce the inheritance, so I'm guessing he calculated what would happen, knowing his son's greed would not let him give up on the inheritance. You have to renounce within months of the death and you cannot claim ANY part of the inheritance without claiming ALL of it, so...
And a lot of the young married couples refuse paying their parents debt and are then debt free which is what I would do. Why should the young people have to be burdened with their parents debt.
@@Yaya2214CJ That makes sense but let's say you have lived your whole life in expectation of inheriting that money. You told your wife that you would be rich someday and that's how you got her to marry you. You made decisions, bought things, had a boffo honeymoon, got the car you always dreamed of, went into debt for these things, all because you thought that inheritance would be yours. How do you give that up? And once you take the money, you can't change your mind and just give it back. There is also his own debt. No legitimate Japanese lender would give a loan to an unemployed person or underemployed person. So if he went into debt to fund his extravagant lifestyle, he probably dealt with a loanshark, in other words the Yakuza, the mafia. So he probably needed that inheritance to pay off his Yakuza debts. Because you don't want to not pay the Yakuza. You really, really don't. They are famous for disappearing people and turning them into slaves in one of their many illegal businesses. If you are an ok looking woman whose husband owes money to the Yakuza, that business will often involve - well you can guess, right? And the Japanese believe that if someone loans you money, they are entitled to get it back. If not from you, then from your family. Or if you renounce the inheritance, then from the estate.
I swear in about every turn Sean talks there's a 'ha ha' in there it's so annoying! These videos are really like the dollar saver menu at a fast food restaurant
Why does this guy always have to be so high pitched? It's very hard to listen to. They obviously don't read these comments because nothing changes. If this guy is to be fixture I think will unsubscribe. Which is a shame as the content here is not bad at all.
The man in these videos is super bad, I mean the female voice actress is fine, but I really hate the male voice, it's way way too fake and too dramatic, not even realistic.

The male VA is annoying and basically crap. Outclassed in every way.
Hate to say it, but I agree.
I agree, she is so good to listen to, even when she voices an antagonist.
I do agree, BUT he at least has emotions in his voice. Some read it out in a mono tone.

It's a beach house. Tear down the house and sell the land. It's on the beach so there is high value on that.
Yeah but the brother seems completely moronic.... so...

Sean meet karma....karma this is Sean.
Hehe 😂
Sean if you wanted any of the inheritance money you had to have shown up and tried.
But greed turned you into what you are so enjoy your karma
He's got bank accounts where a brain and a heart were supposed to be.
Hey Sean fix up the beach house!! I know people who would stay in a haunted beach house

You reap what you sow, Sean 🤣😂🤣😂🤣
Being the eldest doesn't mean you get everything. And in most countries, the government gets their share
Haunted houses are BIG BUSINESS-plenty of people would pay to stay in one. And Sean's voice=fingernails on a chalkboard.

That’s fair. Get the inheritance, you have to pay the debt off. No debt? Then no business/house/whatever.

The brother voice is a pain to listen. Why this particular VA ALWAYS screams like that ? It is sooooo annoying. 👎

I think his parents named him wrong, they should have called him Richard
I only see father in dreams or from a picture after 24 years he passed away. I would like to see him again but that will never happen
The last story is very interesting
Bullshit story.
When my Dad died. I couldn't recollect what happened after. My sisters told.me after that i was like a zombie.
All those haha’s towards the end were annoying. And Sean’s voice is so obnoxious.

Omg...that ear-piercing male voice. Come on guys nobody really talks like that. Kudos to the female voice though.
Sean sounds like Seymour from Barbie's Princess and the Popstar.

Can the male actor quit screaming already? It’s what I hate about him. Get some else who knows how to act.
A coked up Peter Griffin.
i have sound off and just read it,a few times I forgot and heard the first few sentences and quickly muted
His voice is too much, like fingernails on a chalkboard! I really hate it!
I think he does that on purpose to make him more hated.😂
Lose the male voice actor. He us annoying to listen to.
