@@omotosotoyin4859 He is stressing the fact that we shouldn't try to find the answer while reading instead we should try to eliminate the options that are not at all related to the passage. By this technique, we will be able to eliminate most of the choices.

Then we should read paragraph clearly and then see the words in headings and we should erase those headings which don't have relative words towards paragraph and then finally the last one would be the answer.
