Welcome, I would like to comment on Australia rental and realestate market in general as u said, as living in this county for 10 yrs, you will learn , they bring in immigrants and intentionally creat shortage so that people continue to pay loans till that die, remember you cannot escape “riba” based home loans. Getting out of Pak seams promising like coming to “Jannah ul firdous” but this county as a state has failed to provide its people basic human right of roof over the head.
