Now, can I ask you some questions? 1) Once you form an LLC through Northwest, do you keep paying them on a monthly basis in order to get those reminders and other services? 2) You mentioned hiring an accountant. What would be a reasonable fee for an accountant in the state of Utah? 3) I know accountants can help you form an LLC as well. I don’t recommend northwest terrible customer service and they haven’t even formed my llc which I paid for. Don’t throw your money away guys
