Holiday wish drive for orphanage, partner with big companies and encourage youth to participate. Make it annual to have something to look forward to. Encourage other groups to collab.

I hope they can do charity drive on a regular basis - say, quarterly or bi-yearly, if monthly is too taxing due to busy schedules. They can just choose one beneficiary per event and they don't have to stick to one beneficiary. Also, this is just my personal opinion: do it quietly - no cams, no announcements, no fuss. Like prayer, doing good deeds and giving back to the community is something that should be done behind closed doors.
