malay vocabs kinda limited a bit
so to create exact sentence like english, you have to make it lengthy,
otherwise just say it in general like we all do,

(Saya dalam perjalanan pergi kerja)
(S)Saya pergi kerja
(Saya on the way pergi kerja)

already=sudah(S-dah)

(F)Saya sudah kerja selama tiga jam

cabar is root word
challenge=cabaran[cabar+suffix an]
to challenge=mencabar[prefix men+cabar]
proses is root word
to process=memproses[prefix mem+proses]
the detail explanation is in the prefix lesson. Please check out my playlist for that. some prefix added, don't change meaning, some become verb. so I cannot generalise
I am loving you is like present progressive
in malay we have general word, to determine that
need to have other vocabs added as explained in this video
