    I use that to everything, 12 volts pump and downstream. Works very well and save a lot of your time.

    How well have the gf metering valves worked for you? Do they get the sh down to 1% when dialed in?

      Still hot the same exact setup and valves 3 years later. Insane right?! Same check valves too. Yes you can get down to a 1%

    ya a few problems came up iam not sure the sizes i need when you step up the gas its got to be able to handle up to 300 plus psi

      Easy. pre drilled 3 holes to mount the gf valves. They come with holes for mounting. Also I upgraded to a diamond plate cause the one in the video rusted out in no time. So i got a real deal 12x12 inch aluminum plate from Amazon.

      I got the diamond plated from Amazon. 12 inch by 12 inch diamond plate. I used short screws to mount it. Idk the screw Size. So I took the valve to home depot to size it.

    Does it matter on the check valves if they are before or after the gf valves

      No. Just make sure they're pointed the correct direction

      Nah long as you have the tru blu on there it will be good to go.

    Did the screws go into the back of the gf valves to hold it to the mounting plate ?

      Yes they come with holes to be mounted.

    Awesome, video but looking at the prices seems like no real savings like 50% ,but the moral of the story is the education of installing and troubleshooting if needed that's where the savings come into play .I'm I correct in thinking this?

      Of course its not 50% savings that's impossible given the price of the GF valves. But enough savings for someone that doesn't have extra money to shell out and that's also handy/want to be able to troubleshoot it if something goes wrong.

    oh cool what size soft washer is this for is this like the one they sell at midwest washing llc i got the gas one udor zeta 40p whats the total cost for all the parts

      This is for a 12v pump. If you have a gas pump you'd have to do 1 inch everything instead of the 1/2 inch

    What size are screws that fit the back of the valve? Or how did you make the metal mount for it. I have seen the sheets at Home Depot. I just haven’t gone to figure out what size will fit. I love that idea. Most people use zip ties but I wanted to mount mines.

      That aluminum sheet sucks get the 12X12 diamond plate from amazon. The sheet from home depot rusted out in a no time. I forgot the size screws but they're pretty short. I took one of the valves up there to match the threads.

      I appreciate your quick response. I wish you would’ve made part of the video with you mounting it to the sheet metal. I am good with my hands but I don’t know how to mark those holes on the back of the valves to get it on the sheet on diamond thread. I went to Home Depot today and get the screws they are M6 - 1 (metric for anyone who doesn’t know). I am ready just had that last question. Thanks for your help. Those simple questions help out a lot!

      Can you give me some advice on how you drilled your holes to mount the proportioner to the sheet of metal. Is there a tip to do it effectively without messing up my sheet. Thanks

      @@shaunworthy2434 I just used a measuring tape to find thr coordinates of the hole. I placed the proportioner on the sheet then I measure horizontally then vertically. I only put 3 screws. I didn't do all 6.

      Nowadays idk how much they are. They were around 125 back then. But there's the asahi valves that works as good too as an alternative

      Thanks for watching. Haven't went full time. I was 3 days a week. Time is coming near, soon as I make 3x my regular jobs salary again I'm gone. Last week was super good for me so let see how this year plays out. I'm only 2 seasons in.

      About $450. The valves is what costs the most. Luckily I had the coupon.
