The yellow one is a bucket wheel excavator, and those things are freaking terrifying to look at; seriously looks like something a Decepticon would want to be. The black one seems to be some kind of pile-driver, given that it gives the combined mech a Big O punch attack.
The alt modes look so futuristic they can be tricky to identify without external suggestion, but I agree that the robot mode fully balances this out and looks georgeous; kind of a mix betwen Victory Lego and Build Tiger to me. Looks way better than the first one from this line in my opinion.

I don't feel like reading through all the comments to see if somebody already said this but the yellow one is an excavator it's a real machine and they're huge it's what they used to dig up mountains
I've seen those vehicles. the black one is a super industrial jackhammer and the yellow one in a super industrial excavator. They're both used in certain quarries
I've seen clips of all three on the channel "Xavier Pui Swee San", including combining Blast Crash with Rescue Engine. And combining all three together.
Maybe a pneumatic hammer for the black one's vehicle mode? The yellow one has what looks to be a trencher blade on the arm. Probably one for dirt since the blades on it are too long for stone or concrete.

the big yellow one reminds me of Mining Equipment and trucks, also you got the transformation right too. Change the red LED to a white LED

Reminds me of g1 omega supremes tank and that saw vehicle minicon. The colors definitly help it unlike the first robot.
