    Thank you so much for making and sharing this video Nathan. I will try it out on my dad who suffered a stroke on his right arm and leg. Hopefully it will also motivate him to consistently try where he has already given up hope. I sincerely appreciate all the videos that you do for helping us all

    Awesome video. Would I use this technique for extremely tight leg, especially the upper leg. I also have dropped and inverted fight. Do you have exercises for that too? Thanks Nathan

    • @SKILLSANDWELLNESS
      @SKILLSANDWELLNESS  ปีที่แล้ว

      This is not for tight or spastic leg. I will stretch and mobilize a tight leg. I do have a video for drop foot. But if it is tight as well, you need to stretch it

    We followed the instructions, however, his legs still have no movements. What can we do with this method? He is 3 - year post stroke. Thank you for any further advice.

    • @SKILLSANDWELLNESS
      @SKILLSANDWELLNESS  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Is it already stiff and tight? It might be spastic already. And it wont happen with just one session. The brain is the one injured after a stroke. Repetition is necessary

      Sometimes flaccidity lasts longer. Continue to try to wake up your leg buy doing these techniques. If you can, see your therapist and follow up with your neuro doctor for specific treatments

      Try it. But i think you should do the next stage of treatment because i think after ome year of stroke there is some spasticity developing already
