Hi Jenn. I just started reselling again 3 months ago and started right off with Vendoo and so far I love it. I take my pictures on my phone and upload in Vendoo after I take about 10 items I don’t have issues but I’ve heard other people buy a cheaper phone to use for pics only. I also bought a cheaper new Chromebook to have Vendoo Poshmark and Flyp open so I don’t have to run my MacBook constantly. It has worked great. If you do buy a Chromebook make sure it will be receiving updates for the next 4 or 5 years. I made the mistake and bought a really old cheap one off of eBay and it was done receiving updates and wouldn’t work. I love watching your videos every day and you get me motivated to do more. 😊

Thanks for your thoughts! I am just getting started listing the inventory that Ive accumulated over the years. Im retired now and ready to be self employed as a re-seller but there are so many options these days! It seems like a good idea to have multiple platforms but managing them is daunting. Vendoo seems like it may be a good fit for me. I will use your link when Im ready to begin creating my listings.

I think I heard a few TH-camrs say that if you message them when you first start out that they can give you the first month unlimited so you dan import all your listings. That was a while ago though so I don’t know if they’re still doing that. Seems silly that that’s something you even need to ask for. I don’t use them but I loved this video! No one talks about the add ons! I was looking into them a few months ago and saw they charge extra for certain things and I’m so glad you mentioned that you can’t schedule to eBay which is really important to me. Thank you for this! I’m messaging them, now. I don’t even have a huge closet, so to spend 3 months payment to upload my current inventory on 3 platforms seems a ridiculous use of money. Especially when I paid for ALL the add ons. I’m hopeful they can work this out.
That's a great thought. It does seem silly to have to pay that much to get started. It's frustrating for sure.

I’ve been using Vendoo for 2 months now. And I couldn’t agree more with your review. All those things bug me to too. I hope they can get those things fixed.

I jumped on the vendoo van wagon since all the big resellers were talking all sorts of amazing features and how one sale will cover the monthly payment. I’m about cancel subscription exactly because of the reasons you mentioned, I just have to still do so much for the price that I pay
Yeah, you really have to weigh if the benefits are better than the cost. And that will vary for each person.
I used PrimeLister and miss it. I switched to Vendoo because I kept getting duplicate sales while sleeping or when I couldn't be tied to my phone to catch sales. I am able to leave a computer on, which is good. If PrimeLister ever gets sales detection, I will go back. Vendoo pricing is so hard to work with. The add-ons are not necessary; just put them into the price. Also, I wasn't aware that if I didn't use what I paid for the next month, they would disappear. So now, as soon as my new month starts, I create that number of empty drafts, so I don't lose anything I paid for. All the things you talked about drive me crazy as well.
I wish there was a way you could roll over unused listings. That would help for sure.
To take your photos in square mode on vendo when you are in the photo screen at the top change the number to 1:1 and it will take it in square mode no adjustments needed to post
I double checked, and I don't seem to have that option.

I only use primelister for sharing and offers on poshmark. And it was a set it and forget it type thing. So I'm not sure what I could share about it. I will think about it. Thanks for watching!
I joined, and paid the extra to get my inventory uploaded. However, it used my 250 new listings to upload my inventory. Is that normal? I had to buy more “listings slots” to upload actual new listings. I acknowledge I may have just done this wrong. That’s why I ask.
Same thing happened to me! I paid extra the first month to upload all my current listings and to continue listing new things through the first month. When the second month came I downgraded my subscription to the cheaper level.

I hated list perfectly. Tried it for 2 years. Full of issues.
I heard one reseller say that they upload their pictures to Poshmark first because it’s easier to import photos to Ebay

I’ve heard this from others. Right now I use nothing no posher VA no eBay store I pay for I cross list everything and delist. I feel I don’t make enough to pay for all this. Then I think would I make more sales? Still learning
yeah, it's hard to know what the right thing to do. You could always try something for a month or two and see if it works. If it doesn't increase your sales, then cancel.
I'm new to reselling and I had a hard time navigating through my first month of list perfectly so I was wondering if vendoo would be easier for a beginner? Not sure but I would like to cross list.
I have never tried List Perfectly, so I wouldn't be able to compare the two. I think Vendoo was pretty easy to figure out though. Overall it's user friendly.
Do you make the listings in vendoo first or use ebay to make the listings. I like making my listings in ebay since it has the most info for an item. Is this a good way to do it.
Honestly, starting in ebay is probably the best way to do it. I am currently starting my listings in Vendoo. I do it thins way because I use it as my inventory log. So when I come home from the thrift, I list all my items in vendoo and that automatically starts the listing. Then I can take the pictures directly into Vendoo. I probably don't get enough of the item specifics on ebay though, because of the way I do it.
Resellers are the profit centers now. These platforms and companies have manufactured the issues AND the solutions to the issues so sellers have to shave even more off their sales. I've been doing this 20+ years and it's gotten horrible.

I have a question, if I use the delist service it counts towards my monthly listing? if I have a plan of 125 listings per month, when I use the delisting service it goes towards my listing amount?
It’s delisted 50+ items for me and that didn’t count against my 250.
@@paigecollier1062 Right, Delisting and relisting is separate. So your 250 items would be NEW items that you put into vendoo, either by creating a new listing or importing from ebay or another platform.

1. I too have been very concerned about the whole photo storage thing on my iphone camera roll (bc its not just inventory pics, but its # of comp research screen shots, etc I mean THOUSANDS mixed in!!) aaggh....
But I watched that segment of your video 4x 😅😅 & I still am not getting the (vital) HOW TO of what you referred to: "Able to take the pics directly into Vendoo & not have to store on phone" = ????
Are you just meaning that you simply TAKE the pics on your phone just like normal ~ WHILE you are in the literal at-that-exact moment process of inputting a Vendoo new listing, then instantly UPLOAD the pics into Vendoo & THEN immediately DELETE on your phone??? (Lets call that "Option A for an EZ way for you to answer)
---OR???--- according to what you said: is there some (magic?) 😮 way to use Vendoo App (?) on your phone to take live photos, so they dont even save to your phone & as you said "they just go directly into Vendoo" (lets call that "Option B")

you spoke of the frustration of the photos not taking in Square ratio ... (?) however on iPhone, that ••IS•• just a setting you can choose in your camera to actually TAKE the photo as a square... (maybe you didnt realize that?)😅
----OR????---- are you saying that there is some (magic) "Option B" version of taking photos (using your phone), BUT (perhaps?) from •••inside the Vendoo App or something? ••• AND THAT IS WHERE it "only takes pics in Portrait/Landscape (rectangle) mode, not possible in Square?" The Vendoo App is the thing that takes the photos as a direct upload?

(?) it was my understanding (?) that basically PL handles the same basic tasks as Vendoo, right?
•Inventory Mgmt
•Item Photo/Detail Mgmt •Listing/CrossListing Posts
•Sales Analytics
•Plus some basic AutoBot "Upkeep" Daily/Weekly Tasks like Sharing, Offers to Likers, Bulk De&Relist, Mark as Sold, etc etc (similar to what PosherVA or Sidekick AutoBots do)
SO WHAT DOES PRIME LISTER DO THAT VENDOO DOESN'T DO? (or do you use PL for those AutoBot ongoing Daily/Weekly automated tasks instead of PosherVA, Sidekick, Flyp or all the others)?
I AM TRYING TO HAVE AS FEW PROGRAMS AS POSSIBLE FOR •••ALL••• THE TASKS NEEDED BY BUSINESS & NOT HAVE 4-6 OVERLAPPING PROGRAMS THAT DOUBLE-TRIPLE DO THE SAME THINGS...

• You DO take your pics AS you get home from Thrifting & instantly input your inventory
• aha!! = Vendoo App apparently must have a take pic option that you can then delete on your phone camera roll (Option B I listed)
• Vendoo App doesnt have the greatest Photo Editing tools it seems (wa wa)
• NOW I get what you are using PrimeLister for (& very cool it doesnt require a computer constantly ON to do all those AI BOT tasks!!)

First of all, thank you so much for watching! Those are not dumb questions at all. Hopefully I can clear some of this up for you. So I take my pictures directly in the Vendoo app. I find the item that I am photographing, click on it, clink on the Vendoo option, then it says upload photos. I click on that, and it gives an option to “take picture”. I click on that, then take my pictures. Within that option it only gives me the rectangular way to take pics, no square option(unless I am missing something). When I go to list the items, I fix the photo in Vendoo for it to be square. I only ever edit the first photo though because I am a bit lazy.
I use Primelister for automation on Poshmark. As far as I know, it is the only tool that uses the cloud, so your computer does not have to stay on and running for it to work. I LOVE it for that. I tried their crosslisting tool, but didn’t like it. But honestly I don’t remember why I didn’t like it.
