hello brother how are u , I am from Pakistan, your lectures are very helpfull for me i am doing my LLB, and the only problem which i face while listining ur lectures is the language you use very tough hindi means very shud hindi . and many of other your pakistani subscribers feel difficulty . its a suggestion to use common hindi word instead of pure shud hindi so we can pick ur words easily thanks .

In the proviso it provides a one more option , apart from that place where the property is actually present , aggrieved party can also file a case in the court within the local limited of whose jurisdiction the defendant actually resides which is not given above in the sec.
