You raised some really valid points in this video but I just want to point out one fact, India is world's coronary, diabetic capital. So its not just traders who suffer due to bad health issue, I personally know many friends and relatives who are non traders yet having the same health issues, one of my doctor friend (barely 35) passed away recently while in sleep due to cardiac arrest, I have several friends from IT field who are constantly working under immense pressure of deadline which has pushed their body and mental health beyond the limit. One of my very close friend had to go through a terrible divorce, girl filed a false domestic violence case against him and as soon as his court proceeding started his company kicked him out as his name popped up their background check db with case pending against his name. No company would hire him due to that pending case, he was literally thrown onto the streets and went into depression from which he is still recovering.

In my two years trading journey , I earned 6 to 7 lacs per month in multiple months but didn't expansed a penny from it. Latter in last three months not only lost all that profit but also lost 53.4 lacks capital. Now I am going through two many neurological complications and having medication and stoped trading.

You touched an imp point..2007-08..it was a futures boom,open interest positions at that time was at all time in stock futures which never came back till date...rnrl,rpl,jp hydro,unitech etc were hot favourites of traders..index trading was comparatively less,options trading was almost alien like at that time.

Even in developed countries, 50 Crore INR is much more than enough. Property prices are almost similar for the same size of property and quality of construction. Only servant cost goes up, but that does not matter if you are earning $100-200k / month.

Thank you brother even I use to have anxiety I couldn't sleep properly because of loss and lack of understanding of market and now since I am not trading for a week I am alright so moral of the story make sure you take a break if you're in profit or loss because millions & billions is not that important if you are not alive.
