I've been coming and going to The Philippines for about 40 years now and been dating to a Filipina for over 2.5 years. I just broke up with her when she went to another island to her province, I lived in Cebu City and actually move from one condo to another condo across town without her knowing it. You have to cut all ties to the place where you were together, especially the people you both knows. She will try to burn your new life if she find out who you're dating and where do you live now.

I once asked one my friend who did med school in the Philippines why he didn't marry a filipina and his answer was "most of them are unreasonably jealous and will constantly feel scarred that you may be taken by another woman"

IT is very similar to Thailand in that even if you do not post...They and those that see you around will always remember you...And with who and whom you are with or were. I remember talking to women who remembered me and another expat years earlier! And this was Bangkok not so small town!! The word on you gets around and Fast! Silence is a friend that will never betray you...Peace

Thats very true! A good Filipina will not or never compete with other fellow Filipina. Womanizer is our impression to a guy who dates several women at the same time. Bad women are not bothered on that coz they are also doing same thing.😅 To find a good woman date one at a time ,if it will not work for the first then look for another until you find the right one. Here is the scenario of dating 3 women at the same time , if they found out that, all of them will be gone , except for the bad one of course she will stay coz shes also dating several men lol.

I love the info you share, Reekey. I have been watching so many of your videos for the past 2 years. In your recent videos, the pictures of Filipinas are nice but they are all 9s and 10s. I am not sure if it gives the right idea because it's usually not good to date a 10. Super gorgeous women are usually trouble because of all the attention they get. It's hard to find polished backdrop photos of Filipinas to use so I understand. Take care.
the 9's and 10's make up (in any country) maybe 10% of the women you'll see.

I locked down my FB years ago due to drama. Even here in the US it does not bode well to advertise all your personal chit. I get friend requests sometimes from people I have never ever met or talked to and I just delete them. If they ask to be my friend in messenger I still don't do it as I state....my FB page is for my family and close friends that I've know for many, many years and let it go at that.
On my facebook page I do not allow anyone else to make a post on my page, and yes, I hide my friends too. Thanks for the video!

Hello Reekay, Could you straighten something out for me please (My Google search was not definitive)? Regarding the languages of Bisaya and Visayan are these words synonyms for one language or is one a subset of the other or are they two seperate languages?

i've always loved words, since i was a kid. what i've noticed is that there is true definition of a word, and then there is the pronunciation and definition people use in daily life. (slang) and that blurs the lines.
'bisaya' is meant to refer to the people and language of the Visayas, which is the central region of the PH.
'visaya' is meant to refer to the geographical, central area of the PH.
as you can see, the way people pronounce either word there can be confusion as people use the words interchangeably.
examples;
"which dialect do you speak? "
"i speak bisayan."
"where were you born?"
"i was born in the visayas, in cebu. i am a visayan."
So how many filipinas actually look like? The ones you were showing pictures of that are looking for older guys that are good women
i would say, most of them. however, they have their criteria as well. if you're talking about a 9 or 10 woman in looks, who has a job.. she's not looking for some ill-shaven, beer drinking expat who dresses like he just rolled out of bed. guys like that have little to no chance with such women.
they want a man who is interesting, carries himself well, is not conceited or rude.. a man she can be proud of.
yes.. there are many, many amazingly attractive women in the PH. but apart from money, an expat needs to examine what he brings to the table in terms of his stature as a man.

Is there a way for those slandered on FB to use the Defamation laws in the PI to denture or punish those that spread lies about the them? Those laws are in place for just such reasons are they not? And its documented when on FB. Seems “cancel culture” is used over there too in relationship envy or vindictiveness. Can you put a warning on your FB page stating that publishing lies or misleading comments about my character are subject to legal action for defamation? could that prevent this kind of social evil?
the best way is to screenshot any slanderous comments made. document the time/day and URL if you can. an attorney can press charges using this as evidence.
I do not let anyone even see my friends list. A crazy ldr saw my friends and threatened me with blackmail. I advised my close friends that a crazy person was trying to blackmail me and shut down my fb account. So yes totally nuts. This happened after i refused to help her further ( idiot to send money at first)
