Thank you for your off season video! I’m traveling in March and appreciate seeing a video that’s not in summer!

Thanks for your video on La Seyne sur Mer. I am interested in the area as a possibly retirement spot. I have heard Toulon is more affordable than Nice. Did you find La Seyne expensive? Any idea on cost of long term rentals?

Hello, I just moved to a commune very close to La Seyne sur Mer, it is called Sanary-sur-Mer and it is super good here. I moved to Sanary-sur-Mer two weeks ago and we really love it. It is a very beautiful and quiet place with beautiful beaches and above all it is a very clean and tidy commune. I don't know Toulon, I've only been through its outskirts, but being a big city, it's probably similar to Marseille. I have been living in France for 10 and a half years and in fact since I arrived in France I have only lived in Marseille but I became saturated and very tired of that city, because currently it is very neglected and in total chaos, very dirty and in a few words it is a total disaster in every sense. Living in Marseille can make you sick and if Toulon is similar to Marseille I can already imagine how it must be. For that reason my husband and I decided to leave Marseille and come to live in Sanary-sur-Mer. If what you are looking for is calm, peace, tranquility and a clean and very orderly commune, I can assure you that Sanary-sur-Mer is the best option as a destination retirement, most of its population are retired people.
