@@Shay-bj6vu hey sorry I’m so late but we spent most of our time at Walmarts. Since posting this, unfortunately so many people have had to move into their vehicles and Walmart has been safe. Also hospitals that have pay for parking. There are some that have an exit pass so you can park for a week for $5. Paying for parking just helps secure that you won’t be bothered.

I have lived “mobile” several times. So I commend you. People are quick to say “get a place” but who gonna pay the rent? If living this “lifestyle” helps make sure your child has a better life I support it 100% I am stress free and don’t have to make choices between bills vs gas. Yes I work full time and I stay in a van. Everyone had something to say. But when I was hospitalized due to sickle cell and lost my job no one visited nor contributed to help me. This way of living has made it so I can afford to get sick.if I’m hospitalized tomorrow I can stay until I’m well without fear of coming home to nothing. So even though I don’t know you or your beautiful princess I commend you cause she looks to be well fed, happy and with a loving mom!!!!!!!

My mom took us on the road, homeless, fleeing abuse. We lived happier and freer then than any false sense of security would have given us staying put to keep a roof over our heads. I'm choosing to live in my tiny car in order to flee from my abusive husband. I work at a cracker barrel that is next door to 2 hotels I used to work at and a truck stop where I'm hoping I can get showers.I work from 9:30pm to 6am ,so I will have to sleep in the hotel parking lot during the day. I've stayed at a very nice,free campground for a week when I left before, so I'm planning on staying there during my days off. I just need a week's worth of work uniforms so I'll only have to do laundry once a week. I have stayed in a women's shelter before but the people that work there are as mean as my husband and I just want peace. I'm too far away from home and have no support system there anyway,all I can do is just work to pay my car payment and insurance so I'm going to be forced to get assistance for snap and medical. I have cancer and I can't afford the copayments for my Dr bills. God will see me through this hard time in my life,like has always done. We have been blessed with perseverance and resilience for the greater good, to serve the lord and be grateful for what we ,do have. I would rather give up my physical comfort than my peace of mind and freedom of will.

@Siobhan Fogarty I was just approved for emergency medicaid, now I can get my cell counts checked every 2 weeks. I have to build up personal days so I can recover from surgery that I have been rescheduling. I wasn't approved for food stamps but I can grab biscuits at work and they're delicious 😋

Glad I came across your content. I am truly thinking about living the nomad life for a while until I can pay off my small debt and improve my credit. Which takes 6 months to a year. However whatever sacrifice I have to make I will. Living with family came here from a dv relationship with my daughter's dad and found myself in another unhealthy situation being with family. People truly show you how they feel about you. When they feel you need them. Keep doing the best you can. We are truly all in this together. I love these sorts of videos! They're a little more raw, but it's just showing the reality of how we all live a little bit differently. But in this, hopefully it shows that it's not scary or anything to worry about! Also, the wind deflectors around the door are a great idea, I wish I'd had those on my van and other cars that I'd lived in for a while. I'm sure they help a lot with preventing air quality issues and staleness. I am impressed with your skin care as well... I should get better about that. 😂

Would it be legal or a good reason to take this lady’s child because she resides in her car???The housing market is horrible right now and there’s a lot of ppl struggling check to check to pay bills like myself or folks down on their luck period and out here homeless. I’ve notice many ppl ditching their homes and apartments to live on the road with full families To gain freedom from all the bills and debt, bs jobs as well having the opportunity to travel this great country. So what’s the difference if she had a luxury rv living in it with her child? I really don’t like to comment about ppls kids but theres a girl I follow on yt that does the car van life too and ppl thought including myself she was super young and had no children but she has a 16 year old daughter and the comment section went completely in. This lady is lucky and blessed enough to have a family member that is caring for her child while the mother basically lives on her own. And does her thing. People think removing a child is better, that is only if the living environment is extreme and the child or children are being neglected and abused. I'm so glad people are normalizing this!! Its not in the rule book that a child needs a house to be happy and have all their needs met!! Think about it this way - there are so many kids living in houses or apts at this very moment that are emotionally/physically abused, starved, etc - it makes.my heart sad to think of that too. She is well provided for, happy and she is getting so many experiences other kids aren't!!

Recently recognized a tendency not to be present in my day to day because I'm always driving with music on or have something playing in the background. Turning off the distractions has gradually helped me be more present and in the moment, taking time to actually sit with my thoughts. Overall love the vibe and simplicity of your morning routine. For me it captured the idea that it's truly the little things in life that matter and there is beauty all around us that we should take time to recognize and appreciate. Well you can definitely save loads of money this way. Save up and buy yourself some land. Put an RV on it or build a tiny home. It may not be easy, but in the end you will live debt free🌸

I've been in your shoes sis. I was in Florida at the time just this year. I know live in a apartment in Georgia. Sometimes I still feel like I need to go back to being mobile just to save and get rid of my debt. I was just listening to everyone with all the negative sayings of it's to dangerous but honestly your home dwelling can be just as dangerous then being in your car is what people don't understand. My children are all grown with my youngest being 18 and soon to be off to college this August. I loved it, although most times my mind did wonder but I was more at peace and my health was a whole lot better then it is now. I'm living out of my car with my almost 30 year old visually impaired daughter and her Chihuahua. I couldn't imagine ding it if she were 2!!!! I give you mad props mama. We have had police and animal control called on us for living in a car with a dog 3 times already

My adult brother and sister both live with me and my husband and our toddler. Just so we can all make our bills. Still my husband works 50 hours most weeks. We are the "lucky" ones. We don't own either we rent. And it's almost 3 grand a month just in rent. I say if you can make this life style work for you then follow that path! What u dont know is she chose to live this way with her daughter. She lived with her Mom but didn't want to follow her Stepdad's curfew and house rules. She said it herself. They didn't kick her out. I would be following rules and curfew to keep a roof over my child's head so I don't agree. She didn't HAVE to have her daughter living this way!

Vickie, I agree with you! There are a lot of elderly people who are in need of HouseLinc but affordable and safe housing is scarce. We have landlords not doing what they need, properties allowing felons to move in and so much more crap that needs to be properly addressed. Like miss Kriss, this was ultimately a choice. One that I do not regret and can’t wait to get back into. I got a new resilience and love for life and my daughter and I experience has been great ❤️

Me and my children are currently living in my car due to circumstances that was out of my control. I’ve always wanted to travel or maybe live in an RV however circumstances push me to do so. I don’t wanna be labeled as a bad parent although I love my children. No one knows that I am living in my car however I’m aware that if anyone finds out I will be reported and my children will be taken away from me. My children Go to school every day they are very well fed and they have clothes on there back,stigma from other people will see otherwise.
Do mind what people say I am a single mother and my children and I are preparing for this journey as well, they're in school I work.. however feel on hard times and had to give our home up because I could not longer afford the high ass rent. I changed our location then that division of family services start calling me because they were getting calls from certain people I just don’t deal with in my family. I’m a very good mother and I take very good care of my children. I moved into a beautiful loft in downtown saint louis, the property manager never told me that the building was in the process of being sold when I moved in so all the tenets had to move. However it was a blessing for me because now my children have more and We are living rent free. Im actually thankful for everything that happened and I just choose not to rent again off grid living is were I want to be

Mostly everyone voted for the night routine but at night I’m honestly so sleepy and trying to be inconspicuous because I shower “outside” and sleep in an urban area mostly that it’s hard for me to make that video. I might have to just do a reenactment of it hours before I actually find my place for the night.
Planet fitness is the best 24 hours a day and 10.00 a month it would be a place to shower and they have internet and tvs to watch movies it would be much better than the YMCA
Girl this is so me and my seven year old daughter right now.. it's hard as hell out here. I just got a full time job as a nurse overnights. My daughter is with her dad and his woman Mon-thursday. She with me Friday - Sunday. I'm telling you God about to have us win in a big way!!!
I lived in my car for 2 years, let me tell you, it was easy for me at all. A mother with a child that young should not have to live in a car, if I was able to I would take this woman in and help all I can to get her a safe home for herself and the baby

Hey love, I understand y’all concern but my child is always in my care which mean CPS can’t intervene without my knowledge and if approached, which I highly doubt, I wouldn’t speak to them, which is our right to decline intervention to open a case. Every state is different. I know in Arkansas, you would have your child taken away from you until you had approved housing. I'm not saying I agree, I just know the laws are different in every state. Stay safe and GOD BLESS 💜🙏💜
@@mendiragsdale1954 yes, Mendi if you allow them to even start a case. You can always decline to speak with a CPS agent as well as any law enforcement. My child is with me 24/7 so they can’t talk to her without my knowledge. As I’ve said, I’ve done intensive research. Especially since in GA, they just arrested over 100 CPS agents for trafficking.

@@Shay-bj6vu hey sorry I’m so late but we spent most of our time at Walmarts. Since posting this, unfortunately so many people have had to move into their vehicles and Walmart has been safe. Also hospitals that have pay for parking. There are some that have an exit pass so you can park for a week for $5. Paying for parking just helps secure that you won’t be bothered.

I have lived “mobile” several times. So I commend you. People are quick to say “get a place” but who gonna pay the rent? If living this “lifestyle” helps make sure your child has a better life I support it 100% I am stress free and don’t have to make choices between bills vs gas. Yes I work full time and I stay in a van. Everyone had something to say. But when I was hospitalized due to sickle cell and lost my job no one visited nor contributed to help me. This way of living has made it so I can afford to get sick.if I’m hospitalized tomorrow I can stay until I’m well without fear of coming home to nothing. So even though I don’t know you or your beautiful princess I commend you cause she looks to be well fed, happy and with a loving mom!!!!!!!

My mom took us on the road, homeless, fleeing abuse. We lived happier and freer then than any false sense of security would have given us staying put to keep a roof over our heads. I'm choosing to live in my tiny car in order to flee from my abusive husband. I work at a cracker barrel that is next door to 2 hotels I used to work at and a truck stop where I'm hoping I can get showers.I work from 9:30pm to 6am ,so I will have to sleep in the hotel parking lot during the day. I've stayed at a very nice,free campground for a week when I left before, so I'm planning on staying there during my days off. I just need a week's worth of work uniforms so I'll only have to do laundry once a week. I have stayed in a women's shelter before but the people that work there are as mean as my husband and I just want peace. I'm too far away from home and have no support system there anyway,all I can do is just work to pay my car payment and insurance so I'm going to be forced to get assistance for snap and medical. I have cancer and I can't afford the copayments for my Dr bills. God will see me through this hard time in my life,like has always done.
We have been blessed with perseverance and resilience for the greater good, to serve the lord and be grateful for what we ,do have. I would rather give up my physical comfort than my peace of mind and freedom of will.

@Siobhan Fogarty I was just approved for emergency medicaid, now I can get my cell counts checked every 2 weeks. I have to build up personal days so I can recover from surgery that I have been rescheduling. I wasn't approved for food stamps but I can grab biscuits at work and they're delicious 😋

Glad I came across your content. I am truly thinking about living the nomad life for a while until I can pay off my small debt and improve my credit. Which takes 6 months to a year. However whatever sacrifice I have to make I will. Living with family came here from a dv relationship with my daughter's dad and found myself in another unhealthy situation being with family. People truly show you how they feel about you. When they feel you need them. Keep doing the best you can. We are truly all in this together. I love these sorts of videos! They're a little more raw, but it's just showing the reality of how we all live a little bit differently. But in this, hopefully it shows that it's not scary or anything to worry about! Also, the wind deflectors around the door are a great idea, I wish I'd had those on my van and other cars that I'd lived in for a while. I'm sure they help a lot with preventing air quality issues and staleness. I am impressed with your skin care as well... I should get better about that. 😂

Would it be legal or a good reason to take this lady’s child because she resides in her car???The housing market is horrible right now and there’s a lot of ppl struggling check to check to pay bills like myself or folks down on their luck period and out here homeless. I’ve notice many ppl ditching their homes and apartments to live on the road with full families To gain freedom from all the bills and debt, bs jobs as well having the opportunity to travel this great country. So what’s the difference if she had a luxury rv living in it with her child? I really don’t like to comment about ppls kids but theres a girl I follow on yt that does the car van life too and ppl thought including myself she was super young and had no children but she has a 16 year old daughter and the comment section went completely in. This lady is lucky and blessed enough to have a family member that is caring for her child while the mother basically lives on her own. And does her thing. Free spirit mom has my respect because her child is with her. Nothing wrong with her lifestyle. To each is own and if it suits you. Do you. People think removing a child is better, that is only if the living environment is extreme and the child or children are being neglected and abused. I'm so glad people are normalizing this!! Its not in the rule book that a child needs a house to be happy and have all their needs met!! Think about it this way - there are so many kids living in houses or apts at this very moment that are emotionally/physically abused, starved, etc - it makes.my heart sad to think of that too. She is well provided for, happy and she is getting so many experiences other kids aren't!!

School was a lot of those children’s escape. People are going to always have something to say but as long as I’m being a great mother to my daughter, that’s all I care about.
I enjoyed the silence and found it relaxing as you suggested! Recently recognized a tendency not to be present in my day to day because I'm always driving with music on or have something playing in the background. Turning off the distractions has gradually helped me be more present and in the moment, taking time to actually sit with my thoughts.
Overall love the vibe and simplicity of your morning routine. For me it captured the idea that it's truly the little things in life that matter and there is beauty all around us that we should take time to recognize and appreciate.

I've been in your shoes sis. I was in Florida at the time just this year. I know live in a apartment in Georgia. Sometimes I still feel like I need to go back to being mobile just to save and get rid of my debt. I was just listening to everyone with all the negative sayings of it's to dangerous but honestly your home dwelling can be just as dangerous then being in your car is what people don't understand. My children are all grown with my youngest being 18 and soon to be off to college this August. I loved it, although most times my mind did wonder but I was more at peace and my health was a whole lot better then it is now. Wow people are so judgy. Yall need to realize that 0-5 kids just need love , food, water, and attention. They don't need giant houses... they NEED you. Life is damn expensive now. My adult brother and sister both live with me and my husband and our toddler. Just so we can all make our bills. Still my husband works 50 hours most weeks. We are the "lucky" ones. We don't own either we rent. And it's almost 3 grand a month just in rent. I say if you can make this life style work for you then follow that path! Less time away from your little is really the important part. I'd rather have my baby with me then stuck in a day care while I tried to work 3 jobs to make it work. ❤❤❤rock on mama

Yep, Casey. That’s another reason I went ahead and took advantage of this now while she’s still little and just care about learning and exploring new things. What u dont know is she chose to live this way with her daughter. She lived with her Mom but didn't want to follow her Stepdad's curfew and house rules. She said it herself. They didn't kick her out. I would be following rules and curfew to keep a roof over my child's head so I don't agree. She didn't HAVE to have her daughter living this way!

Vickie, I agree with you! There are a lot of elderly people who are in need of HouseLinc but affordable and safe housing is scarce. We have landlords not doing what they need, properties allowing felons to move in and so much more crap that needs to be properly addressed. Like miss Kriss, this was ultimately a choice. One that I do not regret and can’t wait to get back into. I got a new resilience and love for life and my daughter and I experience has been great ❤️

I’m at my moms house now and I just know we have to leave and get back into travel. It’s okay to not understand but please know I keep my daughter safe. Just pray for us as we navigate through this part of our journey because that’s what it is. Just a part ❤️

Me and my children are currently living in my car due to circumstances that was out of my control. I’ve always wanted to travel or maybe live in an RV however circumstances push me to do so. I don’t wanna be labeled as a bad parent although I love my children. No one knows that I am living in my car however I’m aware that if anyone finds out I will be reported and my children will be taken away from me. My children Go to school every day they are very well fed and they have clothes on there back,stigma from other people will see otherwise.

Me and my children never been so much at peace since we moved into our car. I have haters trying to get my children taken from me. I have a great job and I also graduated college and they still trying plus sending the police to come look for me. We just want our peace!
Wow. I am so sorry to hear that you have those kind of people bothering you and your little ones. You have job security will definitely be a saving grace for you. Don’t even speak with the cops in my opinion. I had a cop ask me questions and I told them literally “okay I have to go, have a nice day” unless you are detained or pulled over, you don’t have to converse with them.
@@FreeSpiritMom thank you because I was parked at me and my children favorite park and they came knocking at my window while we were sleeping they did it twice. I changed our location then that division of family services start calling me because they were getting calls from certain people I just don’t deal with in my family. I’m a very good mother and I take very good care of my children. I moved into a beautiful loft in downtown saint louis, the property manager never told me that the building was in the process of being sold when I moved in so all the tenets had to move. However it was a blessing for me because now my children have more and We are living rent free. Im actually thankful for everything that happened and I just choose not to rent again off grid living is were I want to be

My car broke down (my home) 🥹 and I had to come back to my moms because I need to save to buy a new car. I know I won’t be in this same place next year so I’m just being honest with myself so I can elevate my situation. I absolutely love being in a vehicle though. While it's an unfortunate situation not being able to find both affordable and safe housing, I am still making s choice and this choice is honestly making me a better person and bringing me to revelations that I never knew about myself and life. I truly believe it's setting me up for my future success.

Mostly everyone voted for the night routine but at night I’m honestly so sleepy and trying to be inconspicuous because I shower “outside” and sleep in an urban area mostly that it’s hard for me to make that video. I might have to just do a reenactment of it hours before I actually find my place for the night.

A mother with a child that young should not have to live in a car, if I was able to I would take this woman in and help all I can to get her a safe home for herself and the baby

Hey love, I understand y’all concern but my child is always in my care which mean CPS can’t intervene without my knowledge and if approached, which I highly doubt, I wouldn’t speak to them, which is our right to decline intervention to open a case. People really have to do their research before thinking that anyone can just up and take their child if you’re not harming them. Thank you for the prayers 🙏🏾

Every state is different. I know in Arkansas, you would have your child taken away from you until you had approved housing. I'm not saying I agree, I just know the laws are different in every state. Stay safe and GOD BLESS 💜🙏💜
@@mendiragsdale1954 yes, Mendi if you allow them to even start a case. You can always decline to speak with a CPS agent as well as any law enforcement. My child is with me 24/7 so they can’t talk to her without my knowledge. As I’ve said, I’ve done intensive research. Especially since in GA, they just arrested over 100 CPS agents for trafficking.

This is a mother that loves her baby and is doing the best she knows how to do and with the help of God and those who reach out with resources, money and encouragement, you will be fine. The way things are today and not just financially but also with people being so evil and wicked and can't be trusted, I feel that yes you know what is best for your baby, no one can love her more than you. I also would like to commend you for several things the first being your ability to overcome depression. 🤗 Here’s a hug you should have gotten for that. For those who’ve never experienced the kind of depression that makes you seriously contemplate suicide, being able to master that is HUGE. I speak from experience.
