@@ayeguyo9295 I haven't gotten a code yet but from what I've heard the game feels very different from smash because you fall much slower and its meant for teams rather than 1v1s, also all games of certain genres are going to feel very similar. One thing I don't like is that a lot of the moves are the same as some from smash. (Jake eating people like Kirby does, Shaggy's knee ability, ect.)
I think Johnny Bravo would be a great character to bring to this game. Maybe even frylock, master shake, and meatwad from aqua teen hunger force would be interesting if they were implemented into the game like the pokemon trainer in smash bros.
They'd probably have the powerpuff girls as the pokemon trainer character instead (cause of popularity and relavance, also cause of the 2017 reboot), I'd personally want generator rex as the motorcycle side special character, and samurai Jack.
I would be very surprised if Samurai Jack doesn't make the cut (put not intended) at some point, assuming the game continues to be a success. The character has an enduring legacy.

Fun fact about Ultra Shaggy: the episode where he went 'ultra' for the first time in an actual episode, he was under a spell, and ended up beating an entire biker gang, thrashing everybody. What did the spell do? It suppressed his fear. That's right, Shaggy *is* that strong, the only thing holding him back is himself.

I can 100% see me and my friends playing this game. It was made with care, and people who just understand the gaming community. Like, the game is free, and quite casual, but it can also get competitive, but not to the point where people will be stressing out and raging

Not only the fighting movement is very fluid, they're all getting their own voiceline and an interaction between each character that even doesn't come from their own universe.

I disagree. Smash was made by a Major Studio. And was literally the ultimate version of super smash bros. Smash bros also had many sequels and a massive fan base. Of course smash is going to be the biggest platform fighter, but I see major hope in this game. Cross platform free to play etc. I also to hope it doesn’t flop like Nickelodeon All Star Brawl but they are kinda making a comeback with the new DLC here’s hoping!
I honestly don't see how this could flop, like the hype for this game is actually genuine, the nick game was mostly out of nostalgia, there wasn't really to do with it, cuz nickelodeon doesn't hv much to work with and also this game is free and has a huge selection of characters to add to the game: From DC, game of thrones, cartoon network, adult swim, scooby doo, mortal kombat, looney tunes, godzilla, iron giant, hanna barbera, matrix, mad max, hobbit, blade runner, Jojo's bizarre adventures, rick and morty, spawn, possibly jason, freddy Krueger, and multiple franchises and movies. Characters isn't an issue like in the slightest
The possible competetive scene could keep this alive since Smash is just about done with content right now. Also, the creators are very well known in the FGC.
It does look really polished, but I can’t help feeling that the combat isn’t snappy and reactive enough. It looks like all characters are floaty and that there is input delay and channel delay on every move. This might not be an issue for some but myself coming from smash bros having a quick and responsive “feel” is always top priority.

But using the whole ultra instinct meme for moveset potential is what's making him stand out the most- just like how Velma is using that Phoenix Wright quirk for her moveset. In comparison to All-Star Brawl, the moveset attacks and combos are heavily unique instead of just tracing a smash character and swapping two moves.

This game having all of these mega-popular and recognizable characters in it has a chance to succeed at launch, but also have tons and tons of longevity with Warner Bros. massive line up of characters. Their gonna have a hard time messing this up.
