Animation draft!! More info in description

I plan on making my own show so and I need voice actors. Most of it takes place in America but some characters like the brother and Victoria are from Eastern Europe. The main character is me, but if I were American. I need voice actors btw but I dunno if this is gonna happen yet, so more info on characters later.
