Thanks! Hum I wouldn't recommend shady supplements. Only time and effort will get you results. Start doing longer but easier rides. Zone 2 Heart rate. That's how you will loose fat and go lean!

@@CharlesOuimet no Charles they only cover 1 - 1.3 micron in the F.U+Copper mask, and COVID-19 is 0.1 - 0.5 micron 😢, I loved the video btw ! !

Wearing masks most of the time is unnecessary and is propaganda. Wearing one during physical activity such as cycling is utter stupidity. Don't be a sheep.
Hi Bobby, this mask is not for covid, but for pollution, dust and pollen, I'm lucky enough to live in a city where it's not a must, but some country in asia is!

Like Charles said, these masks are actually not geared as COVID masks, but filtering masks for pollen, pollution, and other harmful particles. Pollen season all over the world can be brutal for allergy sufferers, and pollution is not only found in Asia, but all over the world. Wearing these masks can reduce the irritants going into your lungs. They also protect against the cold, the wind, and UV Rays. We’ve been providing masks for nearly 20 years for these reasons.
As for COVID, it’s a reality of today. Our masks are not made to be COVID masks, but masks in the F-series do filter particles as small as 1.7 microns. The normal droplet is about 5 microns in size. Also, the mask is sealed on all sides, protecting the cheek areas, nose area, and chin area from incoming droplets. It’s much better than your garden-variety mask.
Bobby, when you suffer from seasonal allergies like I do, these masks are a must!
Houston, Texas has some great bike trails, but petrochemical and car centered transportation along with my bronchitis has me looking for a mask.
