What a nice Christmas gift to get a massage gun from Bob & Brad! My husband just bought a Theragun and we are loving it.

I'd suggest looking at other massagers than the d6 pro - the reviews of this unit show a repeated flaw with the battery not being charged via the usb port. Even with the included charger and cable.

Thanks for the heads up. Which massager would you suggest?

@@codycaraballo9421 I don't have a satisfactory alternative percussion massager. If that type of massager is what you want, I'd suggest looking at one that is corded - it appears the battery operated massagers have charging failures. With the price of these massagers ranging up into the many hundred thousands, it doesn't make sense to pay that much $ to get something with a limited lifespan, unless it is economical.
If you want something other than a percussion massager, I use the wahl massager that has a handle to allow me to reach my entire backside. It's around $ 40, and has some design flaws - which appear if you use the machine aggressively.

Honestly, I've looked into all the top massage guns, including Theragun, Bob and Brad, and others. The common advice seems to be, "Avoid X or Y brand; the battery is terrible." But from what I can tell, most of these complaints come from people who got faulty units. That said, I've noticed more complaints about Theragun's battery issues and customer support compared to Bob and Brad. So, I'm leaning toward Bob and Brad. They offer a full-featured massage gun at a more affordable price than Theragun.

Have you used Theragun? How does it compare and what would be the closest model, if you have?
