- Hi guys. Today, I'm going to show you how to make Korean Stonepot Bibimbap [돌솥비빔밥 : dolsot bibimbap]
Dolsot means stone pot in english. Dolsot used in many Korean dishes because it helps to maintain the heat longer in the food so you can enjoy a hot meal even in winter until finish the meal. And you can also enjoy crunchy rice in Dolsot Bibimbap.
*Cooking tip of making this dish:
1. you can put any kind of vegetables that you like.
2. the sauce is the key point of this meal.

*Cooked Marinated Beef Bulgogi Ingredients:
250g Beef Bulgogi
185g Pear
50g Onion
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Wine
Pinch of Black Pepper
*Seasoned Radish Ingredients:
580g Radish [Sliced]
1 Tsp Salt
1/4 Cup Chilli Powder
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1 Tsp Sesame Seeds
35g Slice Shallots
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
