splurged on a Carli 3.25 pintos level kit for my 2020 Ram 2500 Limited Mega Cab. Dealership also said they would honor the warranty as long as I put a real level kit on it, not just spacers. Got that in writing lol. Got the torsion sway bar, fabricated radius arms, low mount steering stabilizer as well. Cant wait for it to come in.
@@BEASTProjects What’s your opinion between Carli and Thuren??? Also are you worried about the diesel pump Problems since Ram now uses the notorious CP4 pump.
@@greeneyez187 I don't have specs. I don't have the truck anymore. I do know that the springs for a gasser are softer than diesel due to diesels have more front end weight.
@@greeneyez187 I drive a 2021 Ford Ranger now. I'm starting to have problems with my knees now and it was making it hard to get in and out of the Ram. Plus my wallet has more money now due to better gas mileage.
I’d like to have him do my truck 2020 ram Cummins, I’m leveled out from dealer and my ride sucks. Love my stance ride is rough. Any info would be much appreciated! Thanks nice rig!
Josh put that same setup in my last Ram. It was ok. I don’t think it was like OMG better for the cost of it, and Josh is right bring back Ram Beast Projects 😀
Leveling kit...you are gonna be towing with this one😁 leveling kit like I said! This truck already is looking good...I am alittle excited if you can't tell....🙃
Figured you would be using Thuren because you had some of their stuff before. It's good stuff. I believe Carli Suspension is the best out there right now. My opinion !
Not all 4th gens had the drag link issue. The 2010 - 2013 was fine. Then they redesigned it...you know...to make it "better.". Falls under, if it ain't broke don't fix it.
@@BEASTProjects yeah I follow a lot of folks in the Power Wagon group. The later track bars were coming apart while people were driving down the road. The dealer fix was to weld the nuts as you described. Apparently the problem was so widespread that FCA was even reimbursing people for the purchase of Synergy aftermarket drag links. The old adjuster on my '13 is a sleeve with 2 clamps and a piece that connects the clamps so they can't rotate independently. So, it never comes apart, but maybe FCA considered it a weak point because of the sleeve and went to a sort of turnbuckle with jam nuts design. I haven't had a problem with my pre-14 style adjuster and I've given it some abuse.
How many marks did you have to move the caster adjustment? Didn't see it in video. Trying to compare it with mine..
Love the power wagon 🤟🏾🔥🔥
This is a good guy, I told the store to adjust according to Thuren Specs but never listen to me, and made my 3500 always lean to passenger side.
That is an awesome alignment rack. Can't wait for the next video
The wholes are to reduce unsprung weight. Anything below your coils is considered unsprung weight. The more unsprung weight the harsher the ride.
I love those Toyos too, I've got them on 2 rams and a duramax.
👍
Glad you went with a proper level. Thuren or carli are the best. Enjoy man
Check out the carli intercooler guard.

Very nice
First yes.. thuren suspension i knew it was coming.
Im loving it!!
@@BEASTProjects im loving the truck. But I do miss the beast. Is the ride smoother? My area it is alot of backroads
Thanks buddy! In my opinion this setup rides better than stock. I’m beyond happy with it. Thuren is the way to go!
I been looking at them for my 19 ram

Can anyone refer me to a shop in Arizona that will do a Thuren spec alignment?
what size rims and tires you running? looking at them for my 2022 ram right now
Great video. One thing I learned when I had mine leveled was the gassers had different specs than a diesel.
Can't wait for some new merchandise.
Do you have the specs by any chance?

Josh can do this set up with hes eyes close 😁
So true
nice shop
Can you do the same setup on a 1500?
Hi George, they offer some awesome stuff for the 1500 as well! Check it out: www.thurenfabrication.com/products/dodge-ram/2010-1500-4x4.html
What about leveling a 2020 RAM 3500 with factory air and making the ride better? Any suggestions ?
I would call Josh at Dirty Diesels on that.
After the leveling kit how bad does the setup rub?
very nice upgrade...
Looking good after every video!!.Aloha 🤙🏽

Last one..😅 Great video guys 👍🏻
What was the. Total cost
So....
Now you can call it RAM Beast projects again!!!!!!
How much does it cost to put that set up in my 2500 2020
Give Josh a call: www.dirtydiesels.com/
Did you do factory alignment or use the THUREN specs?
Thuren Specs, we talked about it in the video....

SRT SPECIAL RACE TRUCK
Or Super Ram Truck
Very nice. Definitely needs a "few" more mods to represent the BEAST brand name though. Can't wait to see what's in store. 🤔
That’s the plan 😊
Is he the only one there now ? Just curious if the other guy has moved on.
Yes, Aaron moved on.
Where is the shop located?
Info is in the video description...

I'll be doing update video in the future, which will include more than just the vehicles....

I may have to make the almost 4 hour drive just to get a good alignment. Truck is looking good

“Make it better” same shit they did with the CP4...
The drag link was good the whole time I owned BEAST 2.0, but I noticed the new owner had an issue it & the dealer welded the jam nuts.

theyd save alot of weight in the ram if there wasnt 500 pounds of emission systems...
Why did you choose Thuren 2” level? What about the Carli 2.5 level any opinion on that?
