Lol I've never heard French in this soft calming volume and tone. My French family is always loud. I don't speak French, but this does sound so soothing and calming, cuz it is somewhere formiliar to me (French mom, Dutch dad)
I always thought German was super aggressive until I watched FeMaleASMR channel and realised they could speak softly too😂

She is Belgian. The main laguage here is french and dutch. Soo duh, she can talk in french as it is her native language.

I’m Belgian, but I’m from the Dutch side. (Belgium is devided in a Dutch and French side.) Even though we get French classes from the age of 10, my French is not the standard. I’m raised bilingually French-Dutch. So, for me, French is my 2nd native language, but that’s not the case for most Flemish people (Dutch speaking part of Belgium). Belgians are known though for their ability of speaking multiple languages. 😊

@gin.3015 that’s cuz French native speakers suck at learning other Germanic/Dutch languages.
Jai appris l’allemand pendant 10 ans a l’école je sais à peine demander mon chemin. Alors que les les suisses allemands parlent bien le français ici.

Merci, Sophie! I only know the French my grandmother passed down to my mother (my grandmother learned French from the woman who took her in after she left home from her abusive father). She spoke some around the house, mostly phrases, like "excuse me, please", etc. She'd purposefully mispronounce things, too, just being silly. Like "please", she'd pronounce as "silver plate". 😂 Anyways, I've always had a passion for French, I took a year of it in high school but have never really been able to formally learn it. I like this video because it helps me actually learn it, and learn the sort of "informal" pronunciation. ❤ It's nice, and of course the ASMR is on point.

Flemish, French, and English, I believe. Flemish is her native language, I think.
Belgium has 3 official languages (Dutch, French and German). We learn these different languages at school as well as English and sometimes Spanish, that's why she speaks so many different languages.
