Much better interior design for the room and washroom looks great too with the normal size bath tube, the table inside the room looks much superior comparing to the Hong Kong Regent hotel though both come with different styles. Balcony for a cbd hotel is a plus for sure for this SG hotel, view is better for the Regent and rosewood low rise room too though all 3 hotels are just steps from the sea. Paying 4k+ hkd for this room is a good choice while it's silly at least to me for Regent HK or even rosewood as there're lots of small issues for Rosewood HK considering the price they are charing. Mandarin HK looks super inferior again in terms of lighting and material comparing to this SG hotel though both using similar bathroom layout design.
So so food according to your video while the sgd98 steak is a bit expensive considering the quality but all other dishes reflect similar quality of a random soho western restaurants in HK, price is similar while the SG price includes gst already. Atmosphere, interior design ,size between tables, the uniform of the server is much better than many soho restaurant considering most of the dishes except the steal may cost similar price so the above SG restaurant still beats HK same tier restaurants even the quality is not that high as it's not charging Caprice, Amber or Henry's price in my opinion. Both Fullerton hotels in SG are a "fake or semi five stars" with all due respect . Room and service may reach some five star hotel standard but the restaurants , bars , sport facilities and infrastructure are not considering the site are just too small and one of them is renovated from a commercial building so I will accept the food quality with that price. The hotel is just a relatively small five star hotel at a not so prime area for most tourists and local so the restaurant and bar don't have the scale or demand to reach real five star hotel standard as that area is not a famous restaurant area for neither local and tourist . No famous bars ,malls or restaurants at that area to really bring in people except some folks for a few drinks after work. Majority of tourist and local who wanna spend big will go to the marine sands mall , bay font area or orchard instead of the fullerton raffles place which likes eastern kl commercial area in Hong Kong though both are facing the sea.

Fullerton真是很喜欢买邮政总局改建成酒店，悉尼的Fullerton原来又是间邮政总局，也是用了4年还是6年时间改造😀
