Dear house looks good but cinematic ; following are the issue what I feel . 1. Rate is too high . 2. Kitchen is small . 3. Bed room cabinets will not be sufficient in future if you have 2 kids . 4. Lot of space is waster in ground floor parking and in first floor balcony. 5. Pooja unit is very small .

I think u have left the dimensions of balcony,headroom, bathrooms,etc... but total square feet u have mentioned as 2700 sq feet..if possible give us the exact dimensions in the description
