TH-cam has brought me back in time, and this game was fun back in 2016 and its still fun now in 2021. the graphics and performance may have improved, but its still the Factorio we know and love from way back then

How did you access all of it without moving your character? Is there a camera mode?

there is a creative-ish mode in case u didnt know(which lets u build everywhere and moving the camera instead of a character). I think he used that, and just spawned in the character, or changed to it from normal character control via console
