I was in the middle of the session as I started to fall into that deep meditation state, i was wearing my headset and my roommate came storming to the room talking in the loudest voice that i actually suddenly woke up with my heart pounding,, i was furious and couldn't get back to that state again,, and it was the middle of the night,, i felt so much anger and it took me a while to get back to normal but my whole day is now ruined,, is that feeling normal????
My husband is sleeping with another woman who brings comfort to his PTSD. Bravo, Lilian. xo
