I have a cousin who never studied much, we studied together but she gives most of her time to her phone than studies after writing the AANP test last month she passed and I failed 😣, I asked her how she did it , just found out she got her help from Mr James

Dude. I paid $500 and did the Barkley review at home. My practice question scores did not seem to improve much. It took my over an hour to complete your HEENT 24min video while I was taking notes and looking stuff up and I wasn’t sure it was how I wanted to continue studying. I did practice questions in Leik and FNP Mastery on ENT and I pretty much got them all right. Blows my mind. Hopefully I get the same benefit from your others! Thanks!

conductive hearing loss, weber test, sound lateralizes towards the affected ear..
My son had a bad cold and he had a subconjunctival hemorrhage and I asked the pediatrician what that was. Now I know for next time. I loved how to differentiate horde Olin and stye, wont forget now lol..just one I met someone with pterygium, guess its not that common. Thank you, you are the best!
I love your videos! The Rinne and Weber always confuse me but I think you may have Weber mixed up in this slide.....
Normally, the sound is heard in the center of the head or equally in both ears. If there is a conductive hearing loss present, the vibration will be LOUDER on the side with the conductive hearing loss.

Hi Yes you are correct! I can see how that is confusing. In the powerpoint I was referencing the treatment of strep and mono together, as they often coexist. However, you are absolutely right mono is generally self limiting and only requires supportive treatment. I should have been more clear, sorry about that! But thank you for clarifying!

Best of luck to you! And I did not have any non-clinical questions on my AANP. I have heard from others that they've had 1, or maybe 2 non-clinical questions. But generally, it's not something I would focus your studies on.
