Master hoy ya 2 consultas, tengo un HISENSE HLE5517 RTUX1, fuente RSAG7.820.6635/ROT lleva 10 tíras de 5 led c/u
Hola Miguelito, tenes resistencias en paralelo r938 a r942, debes retirar resistencias de ese paralelo, dejando aprox el doble del valor actual.
Obviamente están en la fuente las resistencias.
@@gausselectronica8905 si ya las ubique, había encontrado justo ese dato recien, y otro con el mismo modelo de tv pero diferente codigo de fuente, muchas gracias, despues comento a cuanto bajo.
@@gausselectronica8905 ya esta , le saque 3 resistencias, arrancaba sin reforma en 140 volt y se acomodava en 150 un poquito mas, ahora arranca en 135volt y estabiliza en 146 volt total, son 50 led de 3 volt todos en serie, o sea en 2.92volt x led

Hola Alfredo, no lo anote, pero según recuerdo lleva una tira en la parte inferior de la pantalla, no detrás, y lleva leds rectangulares 7030 ( casi seguro) pero no te puedo decir que tipo de conexión son, no lo recuerdo.

Hola Buen Día.. le he quitado las 2 resistencias y se ha estabilizado en 210V.. (Con el circuiro en estado original está en 217V).. es posible quitar mas de una resistencia??

Hola Joaquín, que haya bajado 7 volts, parece poco, pero lo importante es medir cuanto baja la corriente, y por lo tanto la potencia, ya que la baja de la corriente no es lineal a la baja de tension es exponencial en el caso de los leds. , te copio el link del video donde trato de explicar eso.

Can you tell me the power on sequence in this case. only 3 boards. power board , mother board and T-con board.
I have the service manual for Hisense MT5658EDEJ which uses the above boards if you need.

HOLA NORBERTO, SEGUN LA INFORMACION QUE TENGO, LLEVA EL DRIVER DE LEDS OZ9902C, EL PIN ISENSE ES EL PIN 10, Y EL FET DE CIERRE A MASA V761, ESE FET TIENE EN SU SOURCE RESISTENCIAS DE BAJO VALOR, R766 765 Y 764, DOS DE 2.7 OHMS Y UNA DE 10 OHMS TODAS EN PARALELO, EN PRINCIPIO MEDI LA TENSION SIN REFORMAR, LUEGO, QUITA UNA R DE 2,7 OHMS, Y MEDI LA TENSION DE LEDS ( SIEMPRE EN EL CONECOR DE LEDS, NO DESDE MASA, SI BAJO UNOS 4 VOLTS APROX ESTARIA BIEN, SINO PODES TAMBIEN SACAR LA DE 10 PARA DISMINUIR MAS AUN, PERO FIJATE QUE NO QUEDE MUY OSCURA LA IMAGEN, CUANDO LO HAGAS AVISAME SI RESULTA, YA QUE NUNCA LO HICE EN ESE CHASIS. Buenas tardes ing. Solo quito las resistencias smd, no se colocan otras de otro valor.
Hola Peter, no soy ingeniero 😂🤣, si, solo sacar las resistencias, ya que están en paralelo todas y al sacar esas dos el valor total de la resistencia equivalente del paralelo aumenta, modificando así la referencia que va al ic driver LED y bajando la corriente.

@@peterlopez6996 hasta donde llegan mis conocimientos no, igualmente equivale a bajar el ítem retroiluminacion o luz de fondo desde el menú usuario, ya que varía el pwm del dimmer, lo mismo que haría si tiene ajuste x menú service, la diferencia es que por menú service queda fijo, al igual que la reforma por hardware, y bajar desde el menu de imagen, cualquiera puede volver a subirlo.

Hola como probaste las tiras? Mediste consumo y caída de tension de los leds? Cuando encendes el tv hacen un destello al menos y después de apagan?
@@gausselectronica8905 mis tiras leds son nuevas, ya verifique tira por tira con una fuente y todas funcionan, cuando enciendo la TV no da ningún destello, la pantalla se queda en negro.....

@@gausselectronica8905 Backlight is working if powered from another inverter board. I think one or two leds bad. rated voltage 170. but led tester shows 190v means some leds are bad. But I think we can bypass protection. But the life of backlight is limited. The Opening for the change of an LED is cumbersome. So only I asked for bypass. @@sndominic405 ok, if with 190 volts it turns on the backlight, and with 170 no, if it is being protected by isns, and not by the voltage sensing, you should apply a voltage on the isns pin, between 100mv minimum and 600mv maximum, since Less than 100mv in isns indicates open led, and more than 600mv overconsumption or short circuit, I compiled the text of the data sheet that gives the minimum and maximum voltage values in isns so that it is not protected by sensing defects in the leds. Now if the up converter stage does not exceed 170 volts and the LEDs need 190 volts because they are semi-open, maybe they will not turn on, and no matter how much you modify the voltage in isns, it will not work, you should try.
copy text datasheet: This signal is also used to detect open LED, over
current and short circuit conditions. The threshold for open LED is 100mV, the threshold of over current is
600mV, and the threshold for short circuit is 930mV. A fault flag will be declared if ISNS signal stays below
100mV or above 600mV over defined counts, and the operation will be cut off immediately when ISNS
signal goes above 930mV.
@@gausselectronica8905 I measured the voltages at VSNS as 1.26v and ISNS as 0.22v. may be the digital multi meter response is the question. Before the meter reading the ic may be shutting off. back light voltage reads 195v and goes off due to protection. How can I simulate a condition that the backlight is normal by giving an extra inverter board. what signal I should give to main board which will say backlight is normal and continue further operation of tv. The Hisense RSAG7.820.7238 has 18v, 12v,STB, SW,PWM,GND,BRI,3DPWM,3DEN SIGNALS TO/FROM main board. In old tvs a BL ON signal used to be there. But no BK/BL ON signal here. Please guide. Thanks for the early reply.
