    1. Do something 3-5 times a week to improve yourself and continue adding on to it
    2. Eat healthier with protein+ cook at home
    3. Ask God for a spark
    4. Push through excuses
    5. Dont wait for motivation or inspiration. It has to find you already working.
    6. Daily walks (10k steps a day)
    7. Do not compare yourself to anyone, find what works for you (do soul searching)
    8. Things that make you feel alive can change and that’s ok
    9. Lean on God
    10. Start small

    I needed to hear this today. I need to work on the things that fill up my cup and feel like magic. I've fallen off the bandwagon but now looking to push through my excuses this year.

    My attention was walk with coffee. Today I walk up late so I thought I’d go on the treadmill. But me personally I eat lunch cheese toastie x3 crisps packets. So I was punishing myself to because I eat the crisps. So I self analysed and thought. I can’t do this so stopped today. My point is push yourself but don’t punish yourself. That’s how self negative talk, ED develop. Always do check in and take small steps x

      Yes it’s so true! Never punish, just do better the next day ❤ I find that eating smaller portions of things like chips or sweets is better than deprivation and then overeating later! It’s all about balance

    Thanks for the analysis! Just a quick off-topic question: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). What's the best way to send them to Binance?

    How do we knock on the door
    And ask God for help? Everytime I try I don't get a response. I think I'm doing it wrong

    How long do you usually walk everyday? My toddler loves our daily walks too

    • @IsabelPalacios
      @IsabelPalacios  3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@francescalatzer6690 I focus on steps. I try to aim for about 6k-8k steps per walk so that’ll be about 1 hr-1.5 hrs for me! Sometimes it’s shorter depending on how my toddler is feeling 😂
