Dash Irish Soda Bread

This quick, easy, delicious, inexpensive traditional Irish Soda Bread is baked in the Dash Mini Pie Maker (Amazon Purchase Link: www.amazon.com/dp/B07ZYKD617/r...) Awesome for breakfast or an anytime snack with butter and jelly. Give em a try!!
RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 Cup all purpose flour
1/8 Teaspoon baking SODA (not baking POWDER)
Pinch of salt
3 Tablespoons of buttermilk
DIRECTIONS:
Plug in the Dash Mini Pie Maker and begin the preheat. Once preheated, the blue light on top will go out.
Add all dry ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir together. Add the buttermilk and stir until a sticky dough forms. Once thoroughly mixed, drop the dough ball into the Dash. Close the top and allow to cook for 6 to 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on the surface.
Remove from the Dash and allow to cool for a few minutes before cutting. Enjoy topped with Irish Butter and jelly. Yum!!
Note: While this amazing little soda bread is cooking is the perfect time to mix up another one. Place it immediately into the Dash once you remove the previous one. Keep them cooking!!

Good idea to use the pie maker. And it is versatile. I once reheated a brat in mine - plugged into my Jackery in the back end of my car. Just folded it up and stuck it in. I’m gonna try to bake a grain free bread in mine. You’ve inspired me to look for more uses of my pie maker for camping. Thanks.
