You have to keep in mind that triple stacking ppl right off is not as efficient, you should mostly double stack and after giving out around 5 or 6 stacks then you give the third, prioritize front line that pierced with 3 stacks and pon, the other you can also triple stack or leave at 2 if at high hp, the backline you stack them after finishing with front while their stacks run off, just 2 or 1 if at full hp for then going back to the front, you stack yourself while walking up to frontline or waiting for them to come back. Key thing to consider is that vs ftb frontline is first priority, backline second and healer third, you as a healer are last priority because you can back off as far as you want with no dmg being lost. Priorities are opposite vs dive
