For everyone who is going through a hard time right now or is getting better. You are doing great. Most people think doing good is like getting tea and reading a nice book or doing something really relaxing but that's not for everyone, and that's okay. Doing good for yourself is doing simple things like staying hydrated, playing with your pet(s), taking a nice shower, doing something you really enjoy, eating 3 meals a day, things like that. Some people may say "okay, but that's something you need to be doing every day.." Some people can't do that every day, depression and anxiety can lower your energy and create more or less bad habits of not being able to do those things. And this is a reminder that you being able to read this and you being able to be alive in order to read this, is amazing, I'm very proud of you.

I love all kind of music but Lofi is different and aside from workout or training, it's the only music that I can listen anywhere and at anytime. It gives me peace, time to think about the past, think about good memories, the things that I want to do, goals, it brings up childhood and the animes that I watched, being the weird one for loving animes instead of animations. When I listen to Lofi, I imagine myself walking in the streets of Japan or South Korea while a smooth breeze is blowing, enjoying the walk, pet a cat or Shiba and enjoy talking to people and to go somewhere to eat or drink something. I guess I found that place
you just put my exact thoughts into words. I find myself in seoul or japan, walking by the river, watching the sunset... lofi is a remedy for one's soul, really
