Nagaland Congress denounces exit polls as BJP 'Ploy,' confident of INDIA Bloc majority in parliament

The Nagaland Congress in a press conference today in Dimapur called the exit polls widely circulated in the media a "ploy" of the BJP government to sabotage the verdict which will be declared tomorrow, and urged the people not to be deceived by the "falsity" but to wait for the results which will be declared tomorrow.
He further said that as far as the India Bloc is concerned, the party is very confident that they will get the numbers - minimum of 295 seats in the parliament, which is a comfortable majority.
He further informed that the Congress party will take part in the upcoming ULB elections in Nagaland and will contest all the seats, without any alliance. He stressed that the party will give priority to the women and youth.
He also reiterated the stance of the Congress on the ENPO's issue, and maintained that their demands are genuine and said that the party will lend a sympathetic ear to their demands.
