I’m considering switching to the medical field . Is it best to have both CNA and PCT certifications ?
Heeeey it’s which ever you prefer I would say CNA because you can get your license in it & every state accepts it only certain states for rn do PCT but personally I would have both

ok so I plan on applying to the pct but where I stay they don’t require any experience but the woman told me she prefer we do and I just graduated highschool and only have my BLS certification, I just want some experience before I start nursing school so I’m deciding should I apply or not
I would do because it’s good experience if you can try to get your CNA license it’s more opportunity’s for that because PCT varies from state to state

Through the hospital i had to take a class and orientation which took a total of 4 weeks but the class was 1 week
