You know what I've learned. My choices at the time (in the past) were the best and only choices I could have made. I hold no fault against myself for what I chose in the past. I chose the best I felt I could AT THAT TIME for myself. How can I feel anything but love and compassion for myself and for any choice I made in my life. I did the best I could at that moment in time! My now is perfect as again my choices were the best I could make when I had to at that time!!! Grateful for the universal slap on the head Grateful! I love my universe 🙏😇🤗🐬🦋💜❣️
Well, I’ve gone completely broke over the past few months and my whole old world is dying. I was terrified before, now I am just so tired that I have to just be here and surrender. I know that the internal world is cleaning itself up-so many fears surrounding money and abandonment came up for me, and although it has been rough I know that this is just what it is. I’m still scared to some degree, but what can I do? The past is no longer working and I don’t know what to do that isn’t what I use to do, and every time I try to latch onto anything, it doesn’t work out. Acceptance sounds like the next step.

Kyle Cease! You are amazing. You are the current puzzle piece being put together in my life! It started last May with a death of two very special boys in my life, which THRUST me into my awakening. I then found Dolores Cannon and went down that rabbit hole, then dabbled in Tarot readings. That helped me realize my relationship to my husband, who i had been with for 23 years was not for me anymore. All leading me to put together more puzzle pieces to my true self. You are my current puzzle piece, and I am now getting the depth of my true self understanding. Between you and Eckhart Tolle. I watched a video last week sometime of you explaining something and in the middle of the explanation you started laughing and just said how much you love what you do! ❤THAT, that feeling is what I am looking for. For me, this was a talk about feeling like a victim, and wanting to be saved. This is a normal need and desire for a child, and a painful for experience for an adult still attached to the idea of being saved. A great reminder that we are not victims, and we can rescue ourselves.

New World - YES❣️ I just experienced the 2 day Sedona life changing event. This video is so perfect to send my friends who want me to give them a blow by blow summary. Thank you! I have been living with such an amazing sense of inner peace and gratitude for truly being in the NOW from what I learned this weekend. I also proved it to myself when I met my X to return things that I had of his. His pattern of always being late didn’t trigger me. I just waited quietly in the restaurant, then ordered after a 40 min wait, ate lunch alone and walked out the door just as he was arriving an hour late. I felt no animosity and greeted him with loving kindness as I returned his belongings. Then we sat in my car for 2 hours and had the most wonderful chat of reminiscing about past mutual friends and events that we shared when we were together. When we parted, I felt like I made a new friend. Best of all - I felt WHOLE❣️Kyle - you are such a blessing to everyone & especially me. 😘💃🏼
Oddly I don’t think you ever truly get over it completely. But yes, I am now much more able to move through it and release the pain. I realize it was the best I knew at the time(s).

Around 14 minutes you spoke of the circularity. If one is protective of regret, judgment of the past keeps one making the mistakes. True. But it IS difficult to forgive oneself.

You have made such a difference real change has come in to my life you have helped me to. over come and integrate my abandonment issues and see see the true nature of what lessons have been coming up to teach me. I've stepped through hell and learned to allow the emotions and feelings I was avoiding in, knowing this is part of the process. I've seen my own projections, lack of worth and been able to. transform and allow the guilt and same in my body to be seen, asking what can I learn from by experiences to see what work needs to be done. and through the dark the light came in thank you
