Such a shame for the Iron Dames. I saw Sarah standing next to her broken Porsche at Les Combes. She looked absolutely gutted. Its a miracle she drove it all the way there in fact, the right front weel was bent all the way in. The first part of the race was pretty bad in general with all the safety cars. But it was a nice day out and the organisation was top notch. There was a decent crowd but certainly not too much. Entry was only 17€ with a pit and grid walk. Parking was free as well.

Feel horrible to see Sarah being involved in 2 accidents and later retire the #85 car from the race, I wanted so bad to see here winning his home race 😞 Then, with 10-15 min to go, the Proton Competition 🇩🇪 #60 losing their 1st podium of 2024 due to a puncture. Just unreal bad luck for them in this race 💔💔😿
I was there on the race day. It was beautiful. Can't wait for next year. Unfortunately I couldn't get an ELMS flag. Anyone who doesn't want it anymore??😉😊

If Matt Griffin is so a great Gold driver how did he end up behind Sarah again after he already passed her before (51:50)? I guess the great Gold driver made a mistake afterwards to fall back behind her ;) . No question it was a big mistake by Sarah which caused the accident but Griffin going on and on about being Gold is hillarious.
I'd give him a break, he was just out of the car and emotions were obviously running high. We shouldn't take his comments too seriously. Matt was not exactly wrong though, he did have a point. That said, it's called a race for a reason. The bronzes are completely entitled to race him no matter how bad a strategic move that would be.

@@marcusm8745 Completely agree. She had ever right to be there. And if he is such a good gold, he should've waited until the bronze fight infront of him was over and then he could pass. I can agree with giving the Dames a penalty, but Matt Griffin is just as much at fault because he was trying to make the pass, and it is the passing cars responsibility to do it safely.

From the angles we saw, there is nothing to suggest Matt was not passing safely. He cannot control other cars so he should not be blamed for other cars running into him. Besides, Matt's emotions were running high right after getting out of the car, it was very obvious. He just got taken out, he's pissed, itzs not surprising that his analysis is not the most accurate and unbiased. Everybody here is taking his comments way tio seriously. If he were saying these things two days after the race, then we could criticize him more legitimately.

Oh STFU. Her incident with the Lamborghini wasn't in any way deliberate, and she along with Michelle drove a brilliant stint last time out in Imola and won there.

Danica was nearly always a back marker. dames are nearly always near the front. no comparison at all unless you are just being a misogynist.
