Latest Pub Conversion In Dartford | Development Tours Ep 14

Welcome back to another episode of The Property Development Tours.
In today's episode, we visit David at the Waterbridge Court. It is a commercial-to-residential conversion providing 9 self-contained units. The site was previously a pub, then offices and now being turned into brand new liveable space.
David didn't go through conventional planning, he said "To not get knocked back down altogether, we did two permitted development applications because they didn't particularly like the ground floor". For the build, David has decided to work with the existing structure of the building, he inherited a lift albeit it had to be serviced, therefore overall by bi-passing structural remodeling, he has saved a considerable amount of time.
