    My sincere condolences for the passing of your dad, Rachel. It’s been some time since you posted this and I hope life has calmed down a little again and that you’ve found peace with it🌷
    I always enjoy your videos! You and your messages are so enriching!
    Great message too!
    I usually have a hard time trying to go all raw for further healing. I found my healing has come a little to a
    “standstill”, and thought maybe all raw could give me a bit of a push. I catch myself though every time thinking “oh gosh it’s so hard to do all raw!” And would love to find something to make this turn around! Have got some mind work to do on this one 😁
    Best wishes to you 🙏🌼

      Thank you. I really appreciate your message ❤️. I wonder if going raw is your only option? I've worked with quite a few clients who have had better results going a bit easier on things diet wise. I believe there's always a reason we resist doing things. Sometimes it's the perceived hard work, overwhelm, loss of freedom etc. I hope you find your way through and do what truly resonates with you - raw or otherwise ❤️. And thank you for your kind words. It means a lot.

      And also thank you, Rachel. You are spot on with your words, going all raw feels quite rigid and everything you say resonates so much with me. Good you pointed this out 🙏🙏
      Forcing ourselves into whatever it may be, often causes only stress…
      My warmest wishes to you! Take good care ❤️

    Lovely to see this video, Rachel. Sorry for your loss. Sending you love for the process of grieving for your dad. Love that you are cuddling guinea pigs! When you feel ready, I would love a video about trusting MM protocol. I'm further along than I used to be, but still eating foods that aren't the best and I "fall of the wagon". Lunch and dinner recipes would be great. Unfortunately, digestive issues don't allow the eating of beans. Too bad, because I really enjoy them. Also, anything about nervous system support. I am going through an emotional/spiritual, purification. I welcome it, and, the nervous system is unsettled. For those thoughts that 'appear' sabotaging, I now fold them into the moment with love. They are just trying to help. Thank you!

    • @rachelAO
      @rachelAO ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi Nicola! Thank you for your kind words. It's appreciated. The guinea pigs have definitely been helping alot - I love them. Those are all great video ideas - I will add them to my list. I have quite a few EFT videos coming up, so those are definitely great for the nervous system. I used to sprout my beans before I cooked them in the past when they were difficult to tolerate - you can do that with black eyed beans - they sprout really nicely - apparently sprouting makes them more carbohydrate. Trusting the MM protocol is an interesting topic Nicola. I think with everything trust needs to be earnt and we have a hard time trusting if we've been repeatedly let down. That practice of folding in your thoughts that appear sabotaging with love is a lovely practice - it must help a lot. ❤❤❤ You've given me a lot of video ideas - thank you! 😘

    I'm sorry for your loss. I really appreciate your videos. I'm curious what a day in your life looked like when you were healing? How much time did you dedicate to emotional healing/EFT tapping? Thank you!

    • @rachelAO
      @rachelAO หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thank you Briana. That's a good question. I've been asked to make a video about that - I will add it to my list. What I get clients to do is learn to incorporate emotional healing into their day, so it's not so much about dedicating time, but making it part of normal life. The amount of time depends on what people are dealing with - stresses, beliefs etc and it changes over time.
      When I was healing at the beginning I had set times and was doing up to an hour a day of emotional work, but as things became habitual and I naturally started noticing and acknowledging my emotions, creating mindset shifts and gaining insights became part of just being.
      The basis for all my work as a mind-body practitioner is focused on the fact that we've learnt how to live out of alignment and balance and that has led to a state of dis-ease in our body. So everything then is focused on building awareness of those areas of life where we're living out of balance and learning how to quickly course correct so that it's easier for us to spend time in that restful relaxed state. I hope that answers your question x

I agree - if you make it yourself you can save money and know exactly what is going on - avoiding the fillers. Even the reputable brands put potato starch and stuff in their capsules - I'd rather just fill it up with the good stuff. All the best to you my friend ❤❤❤

    I’m curious do you put any sort of dressing on the salad or just the sprinkle of herbs. I struggle with salads because I cant eat them without some kind of dressing which usually has tahini in it. Do you have any good salad dressing recipes you could share.

    • @rachelAO
      @rachelAO 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi, . I usually just use lemon juice. But I love things like cayenne pepper and a couple of chopped citric acid free olives on my salads these days. I always think it's better to eat the salad the way you can, rather than go without and not eat it at all. You can always dilute the tahini with lemon juice, and garlic so you can have less tahini if that's what you're aiming for and reduce it over time. Awhile ago Ilwent through a garlic granules, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and maple syrup phase. That's a nice fat free dressing. Orange juice, cayenne and maple syrup also. Hope that helps ❤️
