the talk about eating smoked fish.. reminds me of my grandpa always fishing Lake Simco for white fish, he would bring it home lay all the fillets on a big piece of wood,wire it all down and take it out back leaning it against a 3 wall fire pit .. mmmmm my gawd it was so yummy ,nice golden crisp to it .and my grandma inside the house making homemade bread every time we would visit them ... i will never forget
